Hello, Twitching in your eye maybe as simple as fatigue or you may have dry eyes. First of all rest yourself well and sleep well to see if your symptom goes off. If not then do get a check up from an eye doctor who can rule out dry eye and give you some lubricant eye drops to resolve the same.

Although there is no cure for mouth ulcers and they often reoccur, you may be able to reduce their frequency with good dental hygiene and by: avoiding foods that irritate your mouth, including acidic or spicy foods avoiding irritation from gum chewing brushing with a soft-bristled brush after meals and flossing daily, which will keep your mouth free of foods that might trigger a sore. do not take asprin in fever now a days. Use tab. Paracetamol in fever. go for tests cbc,mp,widal, ns1,blood c/s, after tests you can take antibiotics medicines by consult a doctor. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Dear lybrate-user, you must be suffering from ingunal hernea. By examination only we can say if it requres corrective measure or it can be managed by conservative method. If it is more sometime it will give rise to shooting pain and become life threatning due to development og gangrene. Therefore examination is a must.

Hi. It can be a peptic ulcer disease or GERD. For treatment of acidity you require not only medicines but also strict lifestyle and dietary changes. Avoid spicy oily and outside food avoid heavy meals in dinner avoid excess tea/coffee avoid alcohol/smoking sleep properly, do walk for sometime after meals rather than lying down flat. Hello. Try these steps: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk," is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it.Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

1. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily 2. Take throat lozenges, 3. Drink warm/cold fluid to ease pain 4. Have smooth/semi solid food, 5. Take adequate rest 6. Take a full course of antibiotic for 10 days after consulting ent specialist (to avoid recurrence), 7. Take analgesic like paracetamol/ibuprufen for throat pain 8. If recurrent symptoms causing upper air way obstruction/difficulty in swallowing, surgery- is indicated 9. Consult a good ent surgeon for endoscopic surgery//laser surgery.

You are suffering from grade IInd erectile dysfunction. A healthy erection must be hard enough even after the discharge. Hardness plays a major role during sexual satisfaction and pleasure. ED after 25 is mainly due to work stress, lack of sleep, dietary deficiency , smoking/alcohol addiction, and health disorders like asthma, diabetes etc. I recommend you to start aphrodisiac medicines. Tanning of skin cannot be reversed,only you can get it reduced by using anti tan ointments+avoiding exposure to sun light

You should suspend all sexual activity from immediate effect if your conditions is so bad. And try to keep clear your stomach there should not be constipation at all and do not watch porn movies do not chat adult. Masturbation is forbidden. Do'nt do it at all. Just take healthy food do yoga and take ayurvedic remedies. Do for 3-4 months will see sea change. Also do not forget to add salads is staple in.

6 Essential lifestyle changes every diabetic patient must make

Diabetes is very restrictive - living with the disease however does not imply that you stop enjoying. By bringing about certain changes in your lifestyle, you can still live your life to the fullest. For better management of your disease, these are some of the changes that you can make to improve your blood sugar levels and keep your condition under control.

1. Stay fit with physical activity
The first lifestyle change you can make is to increase your level of physical activity. This can help you in burning extra calories, thereby keeping your blood sugar levels in check. Spending 30 minutes a day exercising is ideal.
If you’re not fond of exercising or don’t have the time for it, even performing simple activities like walking, vacuuming or doing your laundry can help to lower glucose levels while burning calories.

2. Maintain a healthy BMI
Likewise, try to lose those extra kilos that may be weighing you down and increasing your sugar levels. You don’t have to lose all the weight in one go, you can do so little by little. To lose weight gradually and consequently achieve a healthy BMI, you must have more of fruit and vegetables and less of sugary items and processed food along with exercising regularly.

3. Make the right food choices
When it comes to food, you should consume whole grain foods instead of refined carbohydrate alternatives. Make every meal a balanced one with starches, fats and proteins included in the right amount. Furthermore, avoid beverages that come with high sucrose or fructose content, as they don’t offer much in terms of nutrition, and instead just add to your calorie count. Some of the foods you can include in your diet are bitter gourd, cinnamon, green tea, amla, jamun etc.

4. Have a fixed quantity of food
Apart from knowing the right foods to eat and the balance that you need to maintain between the different types, it is also important to know about portion sizes and carbohydrate count. This is because among the different food classes, it’s chiefly carbohydrates that influence your blood glucose levels. So, you need to keep track of the amount of carbohydrates that you’ve consumed in order to arrive at the right insulin dosage.
In addition to keeping count of your carbohydrate consumption, understanding the right portion sizes for the different types of food is also extremely vital for better management of your ailment. Measuring cups and spoons should be employed to arrive at the right quantities of food.

5. Eat your meals at fixed timings
As a diabetic, you should not go longer than 5 hours without eating as it can cause your blood sugar levels to fall dramatically, making you feel weak and faint. Instead you should have your meals at fixed hours, spacing them out at regular intervals. This will ensure your blood sugar levels are always at an optimum point.

6. Control your stress
Stress is a risk factor for Type 2 diabetes. When you’re under stress, your body produces stress hormones (cortisol) that can cause your blood sugar levels (and even blood pressure)to rise. So, preventing or controlling stress becomes necessary to keep your diabetes under control.
Let not your diabetes get in the way of enjoying life!
