For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports

I feel sleepy througout the day despite sleeping for 8-10 hrs.... What is the problem ?

Answering ayurvedically, u may be having too much of undigested toxins called aama, which leads to heaviness in the body and drowsiness. u may not feel brisk. this condition may get worse in the coming 2 months when there s a natural increase in kapha in the body which compliments to worsen ur condition. the solution s, do exercise, take light food, don't over eat, eat only wen u feel hungry, don't sleep during day time, drink warm water only through out the day... all this helps in improving ur digestion n digesting the toxins... hence the body ll feel light and u ll be relieved of the tiredness n drowsiness...

At 42 your wife is having hormonal changes and may be some imbalance due to perimenopasal time around menopause, get milk drop tested on slide and get her blood tested for prolactin hormone levels. Some woman for have higher levels of this hormone secreted by higher centre in brain when woman is pregnant but it is higher in non pregnant woman sometimes. Get back here, get an ultrasound of breast done to rule out any underlying nodes.

Do regular Pranayam and meditation. Have cup of milk with Jatifala powder 500 mg at bed time, U can also try for Shirodhara treatment under supervision if ND Ayurved Panch karna expert. Shirodhara has excellent result in such condition you need to rule out causes of your problem also.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Hello, You need to follow certain natural norms to lower down your BP apart from medication. Go for a walk in the morning to regulate blood circulation to combat your BP. Go for meditation to reduce stress in order to nourish your body conditioning the heart. Tk, plenty of water ro hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder that triggers BP. All sorts of anti hypertensive medication be monitored. Avoid, additional salt,  junkfood,  alcohol & nicotine.
