I'm 5'10ft height and 50 kg weight. If I'm subjected to take some objects especially big bikes or a 10years child or some other object which is little heavy I get my stomach upset and get severe pain for 3 to 4 days.

It happens because your abdominal muscle and intestinal smooth muscles are not used to the strain that affects them when you lift heavy objects and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and do exercise regularly.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

Hello lybrate-user, well if you were on a diet and then lost weight there is a good chance of hair fall. Would suggest you to make few life style modification before going to treatment consider these food changes Healthy Hair - DOS AND DO not’S DO gently pat freshly washed hair with a microfiber towel (or, if in a pinch, a paper towel) to absorb moisture. Because it minimises breakage, this is the best method for drying thinning hair before styling it.  DO treat thinning hair with gentle care, and avoid over-brushing, washing, and processing, all of which can further damage already fragile strands.  DO buy yourself a quality wide-tooth comb  if you have curly or wavy hair, or a brush with soft, rounded bristle tips for straight hair, and make these your new grooming go-to’s to prevent further disruption of thinning hair. DO toss out any fine-tooth combs and brushes with sharp bristles. These tools can increase breakage in hair that needs extra TLC. DO treat your hair to new heights by indulging in a nourishing bedtime hair-care routine. Tenderly comb out breakage-causing tangles and gently gather your mane into a low, loose bun, braid, or ponytail before nodding off to sleep. DO massage your scalp using the pads of your fingers before hopping in the shower. Beyond just feeling amazing, this increases blood flow and helps exfoliate pores for a healthier scalp. DO detangle your locks before you shower, as dry hair is more durable and less apt to break than wet. Just remember to use a wide-tooth comb for curly or wavy hair, or a brush with soft, rounded bristle tips for straight hair.  DO wash your hair only when it is dirty, but know that thinner hair generally gets grimier faster than thicker hair. If you can, shampoo every other day to diminish damage from over washing. To stretch the time between washes, try a dry shampoo with cornstarch or rice starch and a clear formulation. DO protect your hair from damage by limiting direct sun exposure. Natural sunlight, and even artificial ultraviolet light, can break down keratin protein in your hair and hamper its elasticity- definitely undesirable outcomes for already-thin hair. Thinning hair is like a cashmere sweater - it needs and deserves to be coddled and specially cared for. Certain hair-care shampoos and conditioners now contain sunscreen. Ask your dermatologist if these may be right for you. DON'T make the turban towel-wrap a part of your post-shower beauty routine. Instead, you do want to allow your hair time to air dry a bit before styling. A towel wrap requires twisting, turning, and pulling on your mane, which can lead to nasty hair breakage - not ideal for more delicate hair types. DON'T gather your thinning hair into tight hair bands, wrap hair bands around your head, or pull hair firmly into clips. When you have thin hair, “loose” is the key word. If you do use a hair band, look for a hair tie that is no-tug and glides easily. Or use a ribbon. DON'T over-condition thinning hair, which can weigh it down and flatten it. Apply conditioner only to the bottom two-thirds of your hair strands, or choose a lightweight conditioner, such as a mist formulation. DON'T sleep on a pillowcase made out of a rough fabric. Replace cotton cases with silky-smooth ones to reduce friction from overnight tossing and turning that can lead to tangles and breakage. DON'T forget to turn down the shower water temperature. Some hair professionals maintain that a final rinse with cool water may close up cuticles and cause hair to swell slightly, making it appear thicker. DON'T let too much time pass between haircuts. Split ends can inch up your mane, making tresses look even thinner and strands sparser. Aim to trim at least one-half inch off every 6 weeks.  DON'T sleep on a wet head. Fine hair just doesn't bounce back the same way thicker hair does   DON'T pull, tug, or yank at roots when brushing a wispy head of hair. This is a surefire way to deplete hairs and, hey, there are smarter ways to cool aggressions (yoga, anyone?). FOOD AND SOURCES Biotin Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin. Too little biotin can cause brittle hair and may lead to hair loss. SOURCE- wholegrains, liver, egg yolk, soy flour and yeast. Protein As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet for making hair strong and healthy. If not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. SOURCES- chicken, turkey, fish, dairy products and eggs as excellent sources of protein along with vegetarian sources such as legumes and nuts. Vitamin E The sun can damage our hair just like it can damage our skin so ensure you eat foods rich in vitamin E to provide protection for your hair. SOURCE -Nuts are nutritional powerhouses, providing zinc and selenium as well as vitamin E so try to include them as part of a balanced diet.   Zinc and selenium Scalp protection involves other important minerals, notably zinc and selenium. A lack of zinc can lead to hair loss and a dry, flaky scalp. SOURCE- Fortified cereals and wholegrains are a good source of zinc along with oysters, beef and eggs. Vitamin A Vitamin A is needed by the body to make sebum. Sebum is an oily substance created by our hairs sebaceous glands and provides a natural conditioner for a healthy scalp. Without sebum we may experience an itchy scalp and dry hair. SOURCE- Animal products and orange/yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta-carotene (which makes vitamin A) such as carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes. Iron Iron is an especially important mineral for hair and too little iron (anaemia) is a major cause of hair loss. The hair follicle and root are fed by a nutrient rich blood supply. SOURCE- Animal products such as red meat, chicken and fish Vegetarians - lentils, spinach and other leafy green vegetables such as broccoli, kale and salad greens. Vitamin C Vitamin C aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin C are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. SOURCE- blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes.

Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile. All the best.

Just like there are exercises to lose weight, there are simple exercises, which you can do to stop your snoring completely. Snoring is a common condition and it generally takes place more in men than women. It mostly affects individuals who are overweight and the condition gets worsened with age. Though it is not a serious condition, it has to be dealt as it affects the sleep of your sleeping partner. The main cause of snoring is an improper flow of air through the mouth or nose. 

The airflow to the nose is obstructed by factors like:

  1. Obesity
  2. Pregnancy
  3. Genetic factors
  4. Sinus Infection
  5. Congestion

How to Prevent Snoring:
It is very essential that prior attention is given to this condition before it turns out to be a serious problem. The self help  tips that can be used by individuals to stop snoring include proper exercising, losing weight, quitting smoking and not drinking alcohol as well as setting up an ideal sleeping pattern.   1. Singing: Singing is an excellent exercise that is very good for your vocal passage and that can cure the snoring problem. It is best that you start singing in a warm shower and the moist steam of the warm water would soothe your throat. You can practice singing at least 20 minutes in a day, and you would surely experience the difference.
  2. Yawning: The second simple exercise that can be done to stop snoring is yawning, which involves opening and closing of your mouth. The exercise done in a yawning motion would strengthen both the inner and outer neck muscles. It is very necessary that the mouth is opened widely, and this activity can be done anytime of the day.
  3. Chewing: The third exercise that is helpful to get relief from sleep disorders is chewing. You can fix your throat by chewing the tip of a pencil.  You don't have to bite the pencil, and you just need to fix your throat muscles to make certain that your airway is clear.

There are No Medicines - No Shakes - No Herbs - No Tea/ Coffee that can reduce weight. Please do not spend your precious money and time over such gimmicks / fake stuff. Please stop taking this kind of stuff. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. - Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Hi, I have been found recently hepatitis b positive andi am depressed now. As per the doctor I need medication and in my DNA PCR report the viral load is high. I would like you to explain me more about this and how to cure this. As if now I didn't start medication and I also did the ultrasound and doctor said you don't have any damages. If there is not any difficulty while swallowing or talking then you don't need to worry abt it. It will get normal with time. In the meantime make a habit of gargling with warm saline once a day.

U have to schedule your thyroid checkup every three years till normal. Might be increment of dosage would be needed. After that yr menses will become normal and there will no problem in pregnancy so take the medicine for now and after 2 months recheck thyroid.

Joint & back pain 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Hello, Do not consume the leftover food which is very common in housewives,just to avoid food wastage. Take out an hour for yourself and indulge into the exercises you enjoy. Take care of your calcium,iron,proteins,folate requiements. Rest and sleep is very important.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice
