The type of fitness activities performed while Trying to Conceive (TTC) is very important. Myself being a homoeopth consider many exercises to be both safe and permissible, while other exercises might not be the best undertaking. Not all exercise is good exercise when TTC. Certain precautions have to be taken when it comes to conceiving. If you are more into extreme sports – contact sports, scuba diving, downhill skiing, snowboarding, surfing, mountain climbing, etc.… – common sense should tell you to abandon anything that could increase your chances of an abdominal/pelvic injury. Additionally, if your fitness activity includes frequent, high-intensity exercise or if you are in the elite athlete tier, it may be worth it to decrease your activity level to see if this could be the root of a conception problem. The best recommended exercises, with moderate intensity, include swimming, walking, and gentle Light yoga -------Thatsall.

Baldness is of two types. Reversible and irreversible. Reversible means hair roots are alive and regrowth is possible eg ---diffuse hair loss, alopecia areata. Irreversible means hair roots are dead and regrowth is not possible eg ---male pattern thinning, scarring alopecia. It is very important to check the status of hair follicle. Hair fall will not cause hair thinning or baldness. Nutritional deficiency, stress, chronic problem like diabetis, thyroid along with that acute illness like malaria, typhoid can trigger the hair fall. Consult trichologist.

Milk lumps are galactoceles, which are collections of accumulated milk. It is quite common during Breast feeding. If it is very painful or enlarging in size, better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine you to confirm that it is a galactoceles and not an abscess or cyst. If need be, they may ask for an ultrasound of the breast. If it is significant collection on ultrasound then they may put in a needle and aspirate the milk, which would provide relief from the pain. Usually the galactoceles are sterile and hence antibiotics are not necessary. Cold compresses and painkillers usually suffice with or without aspiration. Hello information provided by you is not sufficient to diagnose your problem but I will suggest you some tips because I have been treated some patients with such symptoms without any significant findings, I diagnose this problem as a vat roga according to Ayurveda. I suggest you to take (1)-medicine= ashwagandha churna one gram twice, brahmi churna three gram twice, praval pisti 125 mg twice, moti pisti 125 mg twice, vat chinta Mani rasa one tab twice, arogya vardhini vati one tab twice, chandra prabha vati two tab twice, punarnawadi mandoor vati two tab twice take every medicine after meal. (2)-prana kriyas to strengthen your nerves system (72 lack nadi) anuloom vilom 15 minutes twice or thrice in a day, bhramri pranayam5 minutes before sleep and in morning, sittali pranayam when your pain is aggravated otherwise do it 5-8 times in a day. (3)-meditation and healing of your related chakra. Chant Om mantra and visualize agya (third eye) chakra and chat over there this mantra for 10 minutes And then focus on crown chakra and chant this mantra for 10 minutes, then focus on pineal gland and visualize that it is emitting blue light and chant Om mantra for ten minutes ,focus on throat chakra and chat Om mantra for ten minutes every day. 4-do & don't avoid stressful conditions, junk food and any addiction, restrictions to tea and coffee, try to swing your mood, find your favourite game ,music and activity, daily try to sweat by doing physical exercise.
