I am 39 year old male. I am getting strain ,fatigue and burning sensation in shin muscle between below knee and above ankle only during running. This is more in left leg compared to right leg. During walking I don't have any pain. I participate in 10k run once in 2 month's, also run weekly 3 to 4 times 2 to 3 km each time. Do I need to change shoes, posture correction or any suggestions for supplements.

Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night.

मैं 63 वर्षीय, 3 वर्ष डायलिसिस करवाने के बाद 2013 में किडनी प्रत्यारोपण करवाया तब से मुझे शूगर की शिकायत है इन्सुलिन लगनी पड़ती है डॉ ने कहा था इन्सुलिन बंद हो जायेगी पर अभी भी मेरी शूगर100- 200 रहती है साथ ही टेबलेट भी लेता हूँ क्या मेरी इंसुलिन से छूट सकती है या आजीवन लगानी पड़ेगी।

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

Hi. You can start with homoeopathic medication, but don't stop the medicines (which you are already on) abruptly whether oral or ointment. Rather reduce the frequency of use gradually and slowly. Switch over to homoeopathic medicines simultaneously: Nux Vomica 1M/ one dose only. From the next very day (after 24 hrs.), take Petroleum 200/ thrice a day daily for 20 days. Use Schwabe's Calendula soap and Calendula & Aloe Vera cream. Management: - Avoid direct contact of detergent soap or powder (use gloves). - Avoid frequent hand-wash. - Always apply thick layer of sunscreen with spf-30 on hands before going in sun. - avoid exposure to excessive heat/ cold. - Drink 12-15 glasses of water everyday. - Avoid excessive rubbing or friction of hands. Revert me after 15-20 days.

It seems you have lot of tension, stress, please avoid using gadgets at bedtime and go to bed early create a atmosphere for sleep also avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga and avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga.

Hye, Thanks for the query. There is no fixed amount, but your needs depend on your requirements, your present intake, activity levels, deficiency etc. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Home treatments for healthy hair make a paste of henna, curd, soaked and ground fenugreek, ground hibiscus flowers, ground gooseberries, and egg (all of them or any one) and apply it onto the hair and scalp for about an hour before shampooing. Done regularly, this will make your hair stronger and better-looking. But remember that henna is suitable only for dark colored hair because it tints hair red. Wash the hair out with decoction of tea or a bit of lemon squeezed into the water in which you will bathe. (for dandruff). Apply coconut or almond oil. If doing this daily does not appeal to you, apply the oil on the scalp overnight before shampooing, or apply a drop to the top of your head before you comb out your hair.

Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea, intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently. Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting or acid reflux.

I have dark underarms what I should do for removing this dark underarms naturally in home?

Dark color in underarms most of the time signifies that you are not taking proper care of your skin especially the folded area of your skin which leads to darkness around that area. Before starting any nourishment treatment, there is a need of removing the dead cells those have formed already due to improper maintenance. If you wouldn?t have taken care of your underarma that much, it would have filled with more and more of waste accumulated dead cells by now. Let us scrub away them with a magical kitchen ingredient called ?oats?. You have to simply grind oats coarsely and add a dash of tomato puree to it. Make sure not to grind oats as powder fine powder as it might loose the exfoliating properties. Apply this mixture evenly on to your u skin and leave inderarmst for about 20 minutes. After that, wet your finger tips and start scrubbing your underarms gently; wash away with cold water and moisturizer. This process can be followed twice or thrice a week to achieve faster results in removing dead skin cells and dark patches from the underarms area.
