I am 25 years of age I accidentally checked my blood pressure for fun and it is coming 144 by 95.
You do not need to worry much about it. Maintain healthy lifestyle which means doing regular physical exercise, morning walk for at least 30 mins for at least 4 days a week. You can join gym also. Avoid stress. While having meal, restrict amount of carbohydrates (rice, sugar, mangoes, banana) and fat (oils, butter, mutton) and take plenty of green leafy vegetables. Do check your blood pressure after 2 months. Wish you good health.

I am unable to eat little spicy food and some reduction in mouth I have habits of eating tobbaco n betl nuts. Now what can I do. And from last 2 month I am having pain in my chest. Which type of symptoms is this or what treatment I should take.

If you have reduction in opening the mouth, it could be due to sub mucus fibrosis because of your tobacco consumption. Get your mouth examined by surgeon and follow the advice and treatment accordingly.

It is probably due to oesophagitis which can be confirmed with endoscopy. It is often due to acidity, tea, coffee hot food or fungal infection. Antacid may help you. Avoid hot foods. Pain killers may increase your problem.

It is due to regurgitation of acid, due to gastritis at night, take Tab sompraz D for 14 days take liquid diegicaine 2tsf thrice a day Avoid spicy food, eat on time, stop smoking, alcohol or tobacco use if any. Eat salad fruits, eat in binges. Early to bed and early to rise. Walk at least 45 min after dinner.

Dear lybrate-user, cholesterol is naturally produced inside the body of every living animal. Human beings are no exception to that. But when we take mutton, chicken, yellow part of a boiled egg, ghee, butter etc we intake cholesterol from external source. This extra cholesterol from external sources increase the total cholesterol content of human body. You should always keep your cholesterol level within normal limits as high cholesterol serves as a precursor to various cardiac diseases. Avoid the aforesaid food. Walk at least 1 hour in a day without any interval. Also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture fucus vesiculosus q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

I'll suggest to go for stress test & heart care checkup. Exercise & diet along with medicines will work better. Avoid oily, outside food avoid stressfull conditions.
