You should start your day with a cup of lukewarm water, In breakfast you should take Combination of carbohydrate and protein, Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables, Include whole grains cereals in your diet. No need to add table salt in your diet. Do physical activities like brisk walking, yoga and do not sit at one place for a long stretch. You can also include green tea twice a day.

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. basically this is early degeneration of joint . in this case need proper ayurvedic medicnes to stop pain & boost your calcium production. consult with X ray report of left knee AP+LAT. view

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

He have rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor give him exemptia injection. But no improvement in his health condition. Pain occurs in all joints of body. He is taking folitrax tab once a week and exemptia injection once in 14 days. Suggest something to reduce pain.

I prescribed some unani medicine for rheumatoid arthritis. There is no side effects 1 habbe suranjan (hamdard) 2tabx 2 = 1 month 2. Majun chobchini (hamdard) 10 gm to be taken with water at bed time. 3. Roghan suranjan this oil to be massaged in all part of join.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 for 2 month.

I am 33 yrs old male and I am having back ache and tail bone ache from past 3 months. Please help and suggest.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I regularly going to gym for two years. Recently I have very high pain in the back .i can not sit .what do I do.
Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture during gym or daily activities. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for 5 days for pain relief. 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately don't worry such backache resolves with proper care as advised above. Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.
