If you notice yourself getting too excited, turn your thoughts to something distant, abstract and unsexy, such as math, rush hour traffic or baseball. Only dwell on it long enough to give yourself a short break from arousal, maybe 5 to 10 seconds, then refocus your attention on your partner. Avoid thinking of a topic that is going to make you stressed or cause you to lose your arousal entirely. Fruits, nuts, dry fruits, milk, vegetables, salads, fat in proportion, do yoga, to sleep adequate and on time. May take ayurvedic medicines for better results.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

  • Kegel exercises are generally penis enlargement exercises that can provide vital health benefits sans the cardiovascular strain that other penis enlargement exercises tend to come with.
  • In a nutshell, kegel exercises involve contracting, flexing and releasing the pelvic floor's PC muscles, which stretch from the urinary sphincter to the anus. While these muscles keep the internal organs in place, though, they also do much more than that in terms of medical benefits and sexual health.
  • That's right. Penis enlargement exercises come with various medical benefits. A lot of men experience bowel and urinary incontinence, for example, especially if they have poor muscle tone. Then there are men who struggle with leakage after laughing, coughing or sneezing, and men who have trouble with their bowel movements. Well, kegel exercises can actually improve a man's bladder control and can treat male prostate troubles, like benign prostatic hyperplasis and prostatitis.

You also have the option to do your exercises clothed or naked, during commercials, at home or at work. You can even do them in bed if you want.
  • If you have a supportive partner, you can even do these exercises together if you are comfortable doing so. Just get an erection, penetrate your partner and alternate doing repetitions as needed. This can actually make your sexual experience much more intense for the both of you - believe it.
  • If you still haven't looked into penis enlargement exercises yet, then now would be the best time to start practicing. By strengthening your PC muscles, you can reap all of the positive medical benefits and sexual health benefits that come with these exercises. This would hold especially true if you do kegel exercises on a daily basis. Besides, why shouldn't you? They are easy to do to begin with and will only get easier with time.

Sir, kindly take Cap. Pantocid-DSR (half an hour before dinner) for 10 days. Avoid spicy food. Stop tea/coffee for next 10 days. Do not drink water along with food, preferably after 45 min. Of meal would be ok.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7, use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better

Mr. Thanks for the query. To my knowledge there is no yogasana which can "remove" or cure diabetes. Manduk asana supposed to be helpful. Diabetes is a hormone (insulin) deficiency disease, hence one has to either take insulin injections or take drugs that increase insulin secretion and also that reduce insulin resistance. Teratment is for life time. Thanks.
