Do not take any supplements .its harmful in the long run. Get glutathione from natrual sources like nuts/ sweet potatoes.

I m 22 year old girl and I have back ache from back to right hand and in both legs also due to leg pain some time im not able to walk. Weak eyesight has multiple factors associated with it. To enumerate a few: (1) refractive error- change of the power of glasses is the commonest cause of weak eyesight. In fact, if you have not used glasses previously, it might be possible that you might need to use them now. (2) age related changes in the lens of the eye-this is generally known as cataract. This is present in varying proportions in a majority of population above 55 years. This means that some degree of cataract is usually found in the age group over 55 years. (3) retina problem-different degenerations of the retina usually lead to weakening of the eyesight. The degeneration may be caused due to progressive age. It may also occur due to a high minus number of the eye (myopia). (4) cornea related problem- cornea is the anterior (front) part of the eye. Certain issues with the cornea may cause weakening of the eyesight. Thus, it would be a good idea to consult an eye specialist in person and get your eyes evaluated for the cause of weakening eyesight.

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

u have put realy lot of wt. take frequent small diet.avoide rice, fried food, sweets, sugar, maida, ghee. u can take salad, jawar roti, phulka without oil, vegetables. go for brisk walk for 40 min or 3km. u have to be consistant for 1year.

DEAR lybrate user...A) apply paste of garlic juice and curd on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of khadirarishta ,at night before sleep...C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..thanks

Ever faced a nagging low back ache that just won't quit? You could be dealing with sciatica. Sciatica or sciatic nerve pain is not a diagnosis in itself, but is a symptom of a deeper problem. Conditions that trigger sciatica include degenerative discs, spinal stenosis, a herniated disc in the lumbar region or spondylolisthesis. Whether your sciatica pain is persistent or sporadic, it can make routine tasks difficult to perform. The good news is that there are a number of remedies to ease this pain and improve the health of your spine.

  1. Hot and cold therapy: Sciatic pain that extends down to the thighs can be relieved by alternating between a heat pack and an ice pack. Each pack can be applied for about 20 minutes at a stretch every two hours. However, this does not treat the sciatic nerve itself.
  2. Pain medications and steroid injections: Over the counter pain medication like ibuprofen or muscle relaxants can help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. In chronic cases, epidural steroid injections may also be prescribed to address the inflammation and pain. Pain relief provided by medication and steroid injections can last for a few days or a few months depending on the person.
  3. Yoga: Sciatica patients looking for long term relief often turn towards alternative forms of treatment like yoga. Yoga helps strengthen muscles, increases flexibility and improves posture. This is more beneficial towards preventing sciatica problems from arising than treating ongoing sciatic pain. When practicing yoga with a sciatica problem, it is very important to understand your body's limitations and not over extend your back muscles.
  4. Massage: A massage that treats sciatic pain is very different from the usual massage you may get at a spa. A massage to relieve sciatic pain involves putting pressure on the inflamed part of the back and the piriformis muscle. This is the muscle that sits over the sciatic nerve and triggers sciatic pain. In most cases, 3 to 4 massage sessions at intervals of 7 to 10 days can have effective results on sciatic pain.
  5. Physical therapy: Sciatica patients often find the slightest movement extremely painful. While lying in a bad is tempting, it can actually worsen the pain. Exercise increases blood flow to the spine and helps flush out toxins. Going for a walk, light aerobics or swimming are ideal ways for a sciatica patient to exercise.
  6. Chiropractic manipulation: This involves realigning the spinal column and is an effective way of treating underlying conditions that trigger sciatic pain. These spinal adjustments should only be performed by licensed chiropractors or osteopathic physicians. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hello. The flood has done so much of damage in south that one gets helpless in a situation of Natural Disaster! As there are so many water borne diseases which can be avoided by drinking only boiled water (bring water to a boiling point and then keep boiling for 5-10minutes), let it cool down and then only consume it. Sunlight is a natural source of Sterilization. So, exposure to sunlight for few minutes will help you and clothes to keep them away from any bacterial or fungal growth!

It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Usually a k wires are put around it to hold it. After 2 weeks healing of sutures. After that 4-6 weeks of rest. Then exercise and Physio for another 6 weeks. Then you can continue your normal life. This is taking into account that everything is perfect.

Hye, thankyou for your query. To build your arm strength, you will have to challenge your body with targeted training and stay consistent in your workouts. 1. Perform exercises for your biceps and triceps to build arm strength. Train your arms two or three times per week on nonconsecutive days. Superset your biceps and triceps exercises, dumbbell biceps curls. Use a variety of equipment to work your arms. You can choose from machines that target the arms, cables, bands, barbells, dumbbells and even your own body weight. Working your arms with different equipment and from different angles will help stimulate growth to improve strength. Remember- stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, nauseated or light-headed. Don't workout if your arms are still sore. Take a little more time so they can heal. Don't compromise exercise technique for additional resistance -- form first, then add the weight. Have a spotter to help you if you are lifting very heavy weights.

Your body needs some foods to stay strong and healthy. Other foods, if eaten too often, contribute to many illnesses. Here are some guidelines: Eat 6-11 servings a day of breads or grains, like rice, pasta, tortillas, or cereal. Eat 3-5 servings a day of vegetables, like carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, or peas. Eat 2-4 servings a day of fruits, like apples, peaches, mangos, bananas, or fruit juice. Eat 2-3 servings a day of meat, fish, beans, eggs or nuts, for protein. Eat 2-3 servings a day of dairy products like yogurt, cheese, or milk. Cut down on alcohol, fatty foods such as butter, grease, or oil, and “junk food” like chips or candy.
