If you have vitamin D3 deficiency you have to take weekly vit D3 Supplement(60,000IU) for 3 months after consulting doctor

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

I underwent an acne treatment for six months. A doctor prescribed me isotretinoin for six months. It has helped in clearing my acne but ever since I stopped the treatment (June), my has has been thinning significantly. I heard that hair thinning is side effect of this drug but never thought it would be this bad. Could this hair thinning be reversed? There is also increased hair fall but the main problem is thinning. Hail volume has halved ever since I stopped taking isotretinoin. Please advise.

Myself is a homoeopath and I wonder why majority of people sstart taking medicine blindly without knowing about the after effects.This is absolutely wrong to treat one condition and at end giving risse to ome more aggressive problem.So in that cae Homoeopathy is alwayss safe .So I will advise you to start the 1st stage of homoeo medicine in which your hair will become thicker and healthier in 4-5 months . *Take pulsitila 1M ,5 drops daily morning empty stomach for 7 days. *take ferrum phos 6x, 5 tabs thrice a day. If u get the periods within 7 days then stop pulsitila and if not then get a USG lower abdomen and Thyroid test done. Revert me with report.

I am more than happy to help you. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

I have a backpain for the past 2-3 years and its kind of stiff and now I also have a pain in my neck if I bend it for sometime. Moreover there seems to be a tingling sensation in my hands if I fold them. And for the back pain it stays for almost 24 hours and I cannot lay on my back for a long time.

It seems you are likely to be suffering from spondylosis of the spine. See a good orthopedic surgeon. After a couple of tests, he should be able to prescribe treatment.

According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. Always use herbal base hair products.

It is echzema and myself being a homoeopath will suggest you to take following homoeopathic medicines--------------- acid-nitricum 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 1-2 drops direct on tongue 3 times daily-------------- petroleum ointment (sbl) apply locally twice daily report after 15 days.

I hv pimples on my face. And I using clear gel, supatret 0.04 creams and I nt found good result frm those. Soo plzzz will tl me tob get clear frm pimples. And I should get result.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

lybrate-user, If hypothyroidism is present then weight increase is bound to occur unless TSH level is brought down around 3 to 4 mU/L. So first thing is to see that TSH is at desired level. Then efforts to reduce weight are likely to be fruitful. Most important is to have a restricted diet and exercise daily for at least 1 hour. Thanks.
