if you eat meal so fast or by standing then also pain in abdomen i suggest you some home remedies 1. saunf 1tsp + 1 glass of water boiled it and drink it at the time of lunch and dinner

Being skeletal is not a problem if you are active and disease free. Yes, it may compromise looks. Safe way is to correct metabolism by herbals. Take rich diet as per digestion and appetite. Lot if fibres and fruits. Milk and eggs are rich source of calcium. Start brunghanadi group of herbals for gaining healthy weight slowly. Do not take med for quick wt gain, it could be hormonal and dangerous. To my own patients I would suggest ayurveda paushtik powders and some other herbs and home made herbal foods only but after assessing digestion power only.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Only drinking water doesn't help to loose weight, other measures like a balanced eating plan and exercises does help to get weight loss. But its very important to have 8-10 glasses of water everyday, avoid cold water, normal water is fine to have through out the day. A glass of luke warm warm water with few drops of lemon will be very good to start the day!

Mesacol is treatment--taken life long. Steroids to be used only shortly for flare-ups. You have to take of food life long//avoid analgesics//higher //unnecessary antibiotics. Do regular exercise//yoga//pranayama and meditation which will keep your disease under control.

Hi lybrate user, your bmi (body mass index) is is normal according to your height. Try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes. You can also go through a calorie counting diet chart with the help of a dietitian.

3 Rules to Ride on a Highway of Health

They say that you don’t know what value of what you’ve got until you lose it. Well just like how it applies to your relations and the materialistic benefits in life, in the same way it certainly applies to your health, too.

The topic of benefits of being healthy is not an unknown one. We all know the basic rule: eat healthy, stay healthy. But then that’s not enough for being fit, is it?

The art of eating healthy needs to be complimented with exercising and being happy & distressed. Imagine you are maintaining your diet but are always depressed and find everything dull. Does that mean you are healthy?

Of course not! And the conception that buying healthy foods, which always seem expensive and joining gym always burns one’s pocket.

But there are many helpful and simple ways to stay fit and healthy without breaking the bank. Below are some simple rules (besides exercising and staying distressed) that don’t need you to go bankrupt, and will ensure you are not only physically but also emotionally fit

1.Sleep

Ensure that you have sound sleep. A typical 7-8 hrs of sleep is a must for a healthy mind and body. Your body needs to relieve and distress itself and sleep is the time when it gets to do it.)

2.Exercise

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, for at least 4 days a week, to maintain good health and keep fit. This can be anything that is physical, for e.g. cycling, walking, swimming, jogging running, to even gardening. If you are not interested in joining gym then resorting to these physical activities will ensure you stay your healthy best.

3.Stay hydrated

Your body needs to cleanse itself every now and then to prevent you from falling sick. Drink minimum 2 liters of water every day for good health.

Have the “me time”, Take out time for what you loveIndulge in hobbies and activities that give you immense pleasure. It may vary from reading, writing to shopping, movies etc. – anything that cheers you.

It also includes catching up with your loved ones and spending quality time with them. Many researchers suggest that spending quality time with your loved ones is not only good for your heart but for your mind too since you are emotionally contented.

So just give a look at the above rules and it will definitely lead you to a healthy life- in a true sense.

Hello, there are different types of laser therapies (like nd-yag, quantum ipl, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e. G: may start from rs. 500-700 per sitting for upper lips area and so on). For full body hair removal, it may costs you more. (if there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time). Avoid laser in case of pregnancy and lactation.
