First of stop taking stress for this. Because that can precipitate your condition, take plenty of fluids, reduce taking refined sugars, focus on fruits & raw veggies. Take carrot & gooseberry juice once in a day, take oral antibiotics for which you may have to contact a local doctor to find the required antibiotic looking at the condition of your acne, use foam facewash, contact your local doctor for the local application (make sure you use them only on pimples & discontinue the same if it irritates your skin, maintain the hygiene, don't touch your face again n again.

My skin is oily and I have pimples on my face. What should I do to get rid of this?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Hyderabad
My skin is oily and I have pimples on my face. What should I do to get rid of this?
Hi about your pimples and oily face, the eruption of pimples or pustules, black marks and oily skin/ face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face. Precautions- * don't scratch or pinch your pimples this will cause more damage and scars. * avoid fried and oily foods. * prefer fruits and green vegetables. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. The treatment is very much dependent on your age and detailed description of your complaints and symptoms. If you are interested, please furnish the following information. A. Height, weight, profession and whether touring job. B. Since how long you have this problem? c. Describe symptoms d. Any other heath problem, like- tension, acidity, indigestion, menstrual periods, if applicable etc? I will prescribe homoeopathic medicines based on your particulars and these will be available at nearby homoeopathic medical shop at nominal rates.

I have dark circle on my face how I can remove them I am very fill because od it.

I have dark circle on my face how I can remove them I am very fill because od it.
Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by many different things and they can’t always be cured by a slice of cucumber! More often than not, it is just a sign of tiredness, especially, the morning after a good night out and then, the old favorites of cool cucumber, potato or tea bags placed under the eyes will indeed effectively reduce dark circles and puffiness. The number one cause of dark circles is quite simply a lack of sleep. Lack of sleep is not so bad, if it only happens occasionally, but if you are constantly showing the signs of too little sleep, then it’s time to change your lifestyle. Too little sleep makes your skin paler, so the blood vessels are more visible under the skin beneath your eyes, hence the dark circles. Next tip on how to get rid of dark circles under eyes is to use sunscreen religiously. If you are prone to dark circles under your eyes, then too much sun is only going to darken the skin further. You should always use sunscreen in sunny weather, but remember to apply it under your eyes too, and it will help prevent signs of aging and reduce the appearance of dark circles.

Your stomach upset is definitely related to the anxiety attacks you are experiencing. You may be troubling yourself unnecessarily and too caught up with excessive thinking. You must now act on these problems and only then will a solution appear. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: The former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful, if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience.

5 Mistakes That Are Aging Your Face

5 Mistakes That Are Aging Your Face

There are a variety of aspects of skin care that have to do with elements and habits that are outside the products and treatments one may use in order to get youthful looking skin and retain its natural glow. Here is a list of five mistakes that may be aging your face despite the best efforts in terms of skin care. Banish these habits today to ensure that you do not end up with wrinkles and fine lines prematurely.

  1. Make Up: While there is nothing wrong with using make up on a regular basis, the cardinal sin that many of us commit includes not cleaning the make up properly before we hit the bed. Many of us are so tired by the end of the day that we end up sleeping with our mascara and lipstick still on. The ingredients of such products can greatly alter the quality of your skin if left on for too long. You will need to allow your skin to breathe without any layers of make up so that your dead cells can get replenished and the elasticity of the skin is retained.
  2. Sun Exposure: Prolonged sun exposure without proper protection like a proper sun screen can lead to long term damage and skin diseases too. Not only should we remain in the shade with a large floppy hat whenever we are out in the sun, but we should also do a little research and get the best SPF possible that will also suit our skin. Also, we should avoid staying the sun for too many hours in a row.
  3. Hydration: Many of us make the mistake of having sugary drinks and other beverages when the skin actually needs plenty of water for proper hydration. The skin tends to get dehydrated quickly because of the constant exposure to the world outside and all its micro particles that we catch from pollution and general dirt and grime. Therefore, it is important to replenish the skin with the clear goodness of natural water rather than drinking too many sugary beverages that can harm the collagen and break it down in the long run.
  4. Sleep: Late nights at work or play can both be extremely detrimental for the skin as the skin needs some rest in order to get the regeneration process going in a smooth manner. Tired looking skin with dark circles can give way to crow's feet and fine lines that look very unbecoming on a young person.
  5. Too Many products: Ensure that you use only a few products for a prolonged period, rather than using too many products and changing them often. This will keep the skin looking fresh and young.
