Tattoo Removal - How Does It Work?

Tattoo Removal - How Does It Work?

Do you have a permanent tattoo which you want to remove because of certain circumstances? according to studies, almost 50% of people with tattoos want to have their tattoos removed via the laser tattoo removal technique.

This tattoo removal technique eliminates your tattoo without having much side effects. In the procedure, lasers are used to remove your tattoo by breaking up the pigment colours of the tattoo, using a high-intensity beam of light. Black tattoo pigment absorbs all the laser wavelengths and is easiest to remove, while other colours can be removed by using certain selected lasers.

Laser tattoo removal procedure-

The number of treatments or sessions you require depends on the colour and size of your tattoo. It may take about two to four sessions in the case of normal tattoos, while for those having large tattoos; it may take more than 10 sessions to get the tattoo removed. A consultation session with a trained professional is required to help you in evaluating your situation and whether you should go ahead with the procedure.

The laser treatment varies from person to person and depends on factors such as age, size and type of the tattoo. The patient’s skin colour and depth to which the tattoo pigment extends also affects the removal process.

Here are the steps involved in a laser tattoo removal process:

  1. Protected eye shields are placed on you.
  2. Your skin’s reaction to the laser is tested for determining the amount of energy to be used.
  3. A handpiece is placed again on your skin surface, which activates the laser light. This process is extremely painful to undergo.
  4. Small tattoos require less pulses while large tattoos require much more. After every session, your tattoo tends to get lighter, progressively.
  5. Right after a treatment session, an ice pack is applied to your skin to soothe the areas treated. You will have to apply a topical antibiotic ointment and a bandage is used to protect the treated skin region. You must cover the area using a sunblock whenever you go out in between the treatment sessions.
  6. In some cases, local anesthesia is used during the treatment procedure.

Because of modern-day technology, laser tattoo removal is now a common thing undertaken by many who want to get rid of their unwanted tattoos. The procedure is safer than the traditional tattoo removal methods like excision, salabrasion and dermabrasion.

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Yes you can have sex even during menstruation, it will be little messy but it can be managed easily. As she is already in 7th day, you should give her i-pill as soon as possible after the sex, to prevent pregnancy.

If you're having persistent bleeding after abortion ,it may be due to incomplete abortion ,get an ultrasound done to see if abortion is complete or not. If on ultrasound abortion is incomplete you may need D& c.

10 Tips to Sizzle up Your Sex Life

10 Tips to Sizzle up Your Sex Life

As time progresses in a relationship, the sizzle somehow fizzles out and does not bring the same excitement as it used to.  However, sex is one of the best ways to keep the relationship lively and young.  Despite the hectic lifestyle and the weariness that sets in, there are definitely some simple things that can add some spice to your life and pump a new lease of life into the relationship.  What was initially spontaneous needs some forceful trying with time.

Listed below are some tips that can help you sizzle up your sex life.

  1. Simple touch: Remember that sex need not happen in the bedroom when the lights are off. Routine, regular touch, which could include holding hands and a peck on the cheek can help keep the interest alive.  Make it a routine to do this every day, at a chosen time of the day.
  2. Fix up a date: Even if it sounds forced, block one day of the week as your date day.  If possible, go out for a dinner which will bring a change of place. Cook some aphrodisiac foods like onion, celery, asparagus could add to the magic.
  3. Go lingerie shopping together: This could be one nice way to rekindle interest and along the way, you might end up with some nice fancy stuff.
  4. Watch adult movies together: This definitely will bring you in the mood.  If you are both game, then you could watch something different and even end up trying.  It has been proven that a person's preferences in bed change with time, and the new positions and forms might bring back the eagerness to indulge in the act more often.
  5. Try different place, different time: This could be something like spending time in the shower together, or in the pool, or even spending a night in a hotel for a change.  The routine home environment sometimes just sucks away the energy and mood required for sex.
  6. Frank discussion: As much as it might seem difficult, try having a frank discussion with your partner about how they feel about sex - would they like to turn anything, why there is less of it in general, etc.
  7. Work out: Exercise to show that you are interested in keeping yourself in shape and healthy.  This definitely will kindle interest in the other person.
  8. Read about sex: There are some sex facts including how it helps in curing headache, is the best cure for cold, is more effective than half an hour of running, frequent ejaculations reduce chances or prostate cancer, etc.

And these are some sure ways to improve your sex life.

Benefits of Garlic

Surprising benefits of garlic

Grow beautiful hair with garlic.

Garlic could end your hair loss problems because of its high levels of allicin, a sulfur compound similar to that found in onions, which were found to effectively treat hair loss. Rub sliced cloves of garlic on your scalp, squeezing as you go for the most benefit. You can also infuse oil with garlic and massage it into your scalp.

Garlic clears acne.

It might not be the main ingredient in your drugstore acne medication, but garlic makes a great natural remedy to banish unsightly blemishes. Its antioxidants kill bacteria, so rub a sliced clove of garlic on the pimple for an effective topical treatment.

Garlic prevents and treats colds.

Packed with antioxidants, a daily dose of garlic in your recipes could benefit your immune system. If a cold does sneak by, try sipping garlic tea: steep chopped or minced garlic in hot water for several minutes, then strain and drink. You can add a bit of honey or ginger to improve the taste.

Soothe psoriasis with garlic.

Since garlic has proven anti-inflammatory properties, it could be useful in relieving uncomfortable psoriasis outbreaks. Try rubbing a little garlic oil on the affected area for smooth, rash-free skin.

Control your weight with garlic.

Garlic could help you control your weight, according to nutritionist Cynthia sass, who cites a study that showed mice eating a garlic-rich diet reduced their weight and fat stores. To take advantage of this benefit, try to cook with garlic daily.

Treat athlete's foot with garlic

With its anti-fungal properties, some people swear that a benefit of garlic is its ability to relieve itchy athlete's foot. Soak your feet in a bath of warm water and crushed garlic.

Keep away mosquitoes with garlic.

Mosquitoes don't seem to like garlic. One study in India found that people who rubbed a garlicky concoction on their arms and legs weren't bothered by the pesky buggers. Make a solution of garlic oil, petroleum jelly, and beeswax for a natural repellant or place cloves of garlic nearby

Garlic conquers cold sores.

A popular cold sore home remedy involves holding a bit of crushed garlic directly on the cold sore; its natural anti-inflammatory properties could help reduce pain and swelling.
