Massage ARNICA hair oil onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips. Do this at least once a week.
2. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.
Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give you best result.

I have a knee pain which is on the knee but seems to extend behind the leg and in the foot (at the back and lower side).
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. you have to take vitamin c rich diet and also apply aloevera gel on face and do not touch pimples it would spread everywhere do wazu or ablution daily 8 times it cleanses your face and do avoid fried oily junk foods and apply honey and turmeric mixed with rose water. Daily drunk luke warm water with honey on empty stomach.

Mr. Lybrate-user as your stone size is small, we can remove it with the help of medicine. Eat daily two cucumber which have seeds inside it. Take soup of kulathi dal. Take neeri syp two spoon twice a day to prevent infection. Send the copy of your ultra sound, so that we can see the position of stone. Consult for proper medication.

It will become normal wait for some more days. Internal vitamin deficiency also the changes may come. Better to take fruit juices and good food and take rest. Do not think too much of anything. Feel always happy. Be friendly with others. Be sociable. Medicine should use on compulsory basis only. It should not use small causes. It may leads some other problems. So better to not to go medicine. If you still interest to consult better to consult dermatologist. Ok best of luck.

Home remedy for chronic constipation n flatulence- bel's pulp (bilva, aegle marmelos)- 100 gm sonf - 100 gm isabgol - 100 gm cardamom (small) - 100 gm mix all well with sugar (300 gm)- store this granulated powder well. Consume 10 gm in morning before breakfast with lukewarm water. Repeat 10 gm at night after meals with lukewarm water.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back, pelvic, leg muscles too. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular exercises or machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

I have neck pain for over 15 day. I thik any vein or muscle of my neck has been disturbed. The pain arise over back portion of my neck. Please tell me some home remedies for this problem. Because my studies are affected due to this.

Ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - greeva basti (specialized procedure for neck pains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your neck muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of neck. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Avoid using big pillow. Do not read or usegadets while lying on bed. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. You will need to visit a hair styler. For healthy hair you may take a multivitamin tablet. Try Nail Rubbing daily. Use Mahabhringraj oil. And if you have dandruff then take homoeopathic treatment.

If you want to improve your wrist size, You have to gain your weight. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Ayurvedic Treatment For Allergic Bronchitis!

A respiratory disorder, the inflammation of the lining in the bronchial tubes, which are responsible for carrying air to and from your lungs is known as bronchitis. Allergic bronchitis is a disorder that develops, if you have severe allergies which result in a bronchial immune system reaction.

Allergic Bronchitis requires medical diagnosis by your healthcare provider who can differentiate the allergic form of bronchitis from the normal form of bronchitis by searching for other symptoms related to the allergy. Allergic bronchitis often occurs due to seasonal allergies, making it an acute condition. If you are suffering from lingering bronchitis issues caused due to allergies, an allergy test is recommended so that the doctor can accurately assess the condition.

The symptoms of allergic bronchitis are similar to the regular form bronchitis. Only difference is that the symptoms are triggered by allergies. Some of the symptoms are given below:

  1. Cough which may form mucus

  2. Body aches and breathlessness

  3. Headaches, blocked nose and sinuses

  4. Fever with chills

  5. Wheezing

Over the years, Ayurvedic practitioners have prepared and prescribed a number of remedies that can address the issue of allergic bronchitis.

Some of the Ayurvedic remedies are listed below:

Below listed remedies should be taken 3 times in a day for quick relief.

  1. 2 grams of Shringyadi Churna should be taken along with 100 mg of Kaphachintamani and Kaphaketu.

  2. Talisadi churna should be mixed with honey and ginger juice.

  3. 2 grams of Sitopaladi Churna should be mixed with 200 mg of Praval Pisthi as well as 100 mg of Rasa Sindur.

  4. Haridra khand (one spoon) should be taken along with a cup of warm milk.

  5. Other natural remedies, according to Ayurveda include:

    1. Haldi (turmeric powder) mixed with a glass of milk

    2. Juice of Vasa

    3. Tulsi (Basil leaves ground to make a juice)

    4. Equal quantity of black pepper, dried ginger and long pepper (piper longum) mixed with honey

Achilles tendonitis or heel pain or plantar fasciitis is a very common condition. During night our feet are in a downward position which causes their stiffness. When we try to straighten them in the morning, they are stretched and hence the pain. You can start by doing feet stretching exercises in the morning before getting down from the bed and do ice packs.
