But I think its harmful because after masturbation I have some pain in back and knee?
1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Your calf muscle may b tight. do stretching exercise. For that u have to learn from good physiotherapist. wear comfortable footwear, I mean which have comfortable sole. For example sports shoes. Avoid prolong standing. Try to do your majority work in sitting position. This problem start with continues pressure on sole muscles. so u have to take couple of more physiotherapy sessions. Thank you.

What are the reasons for low bone density? and also what we should do to get rid of this problem?

Dip. SICOT (Belgium), MNAMS, DNB (Orthopedics), MBBS
Orthopedist, Delhi
Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Low bone density has many causes: it is common in females after menopause because of hormonal changes, in both sexes bone density decreases with increasing age because bone degradation is more as compared to formation. It is also secondary to many diseases like diabetes, thyroid disorders and many more smokers have low density, so there are various reasons for it. Medically it is advisable to keep yourself physically fit, so regular exercises and walks is important as it leads to good bone turnover and keeps bones healthy, adequate calcium and vitamin d in body is important for bone metabolism. Also diets rich in calcium like milk and milk products, fresh fruits and vegetables etc should be taken. Specific management depends upon your bone density score and identification of underlying cause. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. There's evidence that glucosamine can help relieve moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis in the knee. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan.

Multiple Joint Pains / Early morning pain It is called as Rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Which joints you have pain? If your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, hip & knee has pain) then you can pour hot (warm) water in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear either elbow brace or wrist brace which will help you to feel warm and very protective. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain. Consult the near by physiotherapy clinic and also consult a general physician to check with your ESR levels to check whether you have inflammation.

In your age group degenerative disease is the common cause. No allopathic medicines for such conditions except some pain medications and even those are not very helpful. MIPI (Minimally invasive pain relief interventions) is the answer usually.
