Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Hello in Winters what patients complains mostly is joint pains. To get some relief keep your painful joint warm. Even if you can't go for a walk, do some simple exercise at home only. Move your joints like we used to do in childhood in PT period in school. As far as belly fat is concerned that is the biggest obstruction in doing any kind of activities. That need to be addressed first with proper diet plan and exercise. Obesity puts extra pressure on the joints. So it can be the reason of your knee ankle pain. Tinnitus or sound in ear is due to some kind of balance coordination issue which is common as the age progresses. That also need to be addressed carefully. Hope it clears your doubts. Regards.

Hi Lybrate User You can use Dashmool kashyam and rasnasaptak kashyam each 15 ml two times a day empty stomach. Use Tablet Rhumacalm two tablets two times a day with milk after taking foods. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Hello dear according to your condition you do hot fermentation daily three times in a day with duration of 15 min. Do full stretches along with breathing hold it for 15 sec then release sure you feel better in 2, 3 days.
