You should go for 45 minutes brick walk in the morning. Do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. I advice you include low calorie, normal protein vitamin and mineral (except sodium) resticated carbohydrates, fat. High fibre diet are given. Food rich in fat - like nuts and oil seeds avoided. Skim milk should be the choice. Fruits rich in carbohydrates like banana should be avoided.

Lybrate-user taking 30 min everyday for exercise is possible if you manage your time. Since you are busy so I would say take extra care of food what you eat, because when food is taken without daily exercise, it become obvious to gain weight, eat heavy breakfast, normal lunch and very light breakfast, if you want to lose weight in just 2 months start a habit not to eat dinner after sunset and you will miraculously lose weight. Would suggest you to use 1. Shampoo scalpe that is for dandruff and oily skin also it will benefit if you are careful about oil or fat in your diet. Also apply shampoo only one time a week, avoid hard water for scalp.

Hi lybrate-user, Considering the high sugar content in sodas and food that we eat on a regular basis, it is surprising that more people haven’t gotten gum infections known as gingivitis. Blacked out teeth, a greenish crusty layer of foul smelling bacteria and worse portraits are the long term effects of gum infection. While treatments at the dentist may be expensive, there are ways to maintain your teeth using home remedies. 1. Gargling With Salt Water - Surprisingly this very popular method of preserving the mouth has faded with time. Gargling with salt water was a way like mouthwash to clean your teeth. It still is in fact. The salt in the water will dry out the skin of your gums and strain the bacterial infections in your mouth. Potency of the salt water solution would be dictated by the severity of the case but not to exceed 15-20% as you can actually salt your gums so much that they crack when they dry. When gargling with salt water you also don’t want to swallow it. 2. Clove Oil - Good for pain, clove oil has a naturally pain-relieving effect. It is a very sugary substance but works as an analgesic and keeps pain far away. Clove oil may not be the best direct way to cure gingivitis, but for very bad pain related to gingivitis; clove oil in addition to treatment will help soothe the pain. It numbs nerves and acts like a weak form of general anesthesia. 3. Garlic - Garlic can be useful in dealing with pain as well. Garlic, however, has very astounding properties when it comes to boosting your immune system. Garlic that is boiled in coconut oil will make a rich garlic oil that can be rubbed into the gums to both combat the spread of gingivitis and to soothe the pain. 4. Baking Soda - Baking soda works well as an agent with which to rinse your teeth. Baking soda is usually a kitchen item and may be readily available where hydrogen peroxide powder may not. Using both together is fine too – baking soda, hydrogen peroxide powder and salt was an early form of toothpaste at one point. 5. Hydrogen Peroxide: If you take just a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide powder and put it into a cup of water, then rinse, you’ll be doing yourself and everyone else a big favor if you have gingivitis. Hydrogen peroxide powder kills bacteria related to bad breath. When your jaws smell fouler than what you eat – hop on a twice daily dose of gargling with hydrogen peroxide power solution in mostly water. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Only food can give you energy to lift more weights and be stronger. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Acne or pimples is a common skin condition frequently seen in young individuals during teenage and youth years. This occurs mainly due to the action of hormones on the oil glands in the skin. Twelve hours is too much take rest in between. Strech back. Refresh you r self. Do not preoccupied with pain. But do not. Ignore. Take hot water fomentation daily. At home surrounding pain area. Check for ergonomical designs of chair desk. Computer level. Adjusted. With you r height. While working keep you r feets. On the ground. Do back excs. Such as cat and camel. Straight leg raising. Surya namskar. Hip extension. Abdominal excs. 20 counts twice a day. For one month. If pain persist visit occupational therapist. In you r area.

Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6.Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Hi, I am Dr Kritika. I am a dietitian and a specialist in weight management. Today I am going to tell you about weight loss through healthy lifestyle and diet. First of all set a goal for yourself, Set small goals initially.

  • Throw away all the junk food and adopt healthy eating habits.
  • Eat nuts, fresh fruits and snacks.
  • Detox your body early morning by having lemon water and honey or aloevera juice.
  • Have a breakfast and do not skip meals. Have 5-6 small meals in a day instead of 3 big ones.
  • Eat smaller food portions by eating in a small plate.

Thus will create illusion that you are eating less calories.

  • Eat in blue plates as our brain feels less hungry seeing blue color hence you won't end up eating much.
  • Also eat slowly and take atleast 20 minutes to eat food as our brain gets a signal of complete meal in this much time and hence we end up eating less.
  • Take 2-3 fruits and 3 vegetable servings during the day.
  • Take plenty of water upto 4 liters in a day because it helps in detoxification.
  • Always have a glass of water when you feel hungry because sometimes you feel hungry but you actually are just thirsty. So half an hour before your meal have a glass of water and fresh salad.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine wiesbaden 30 (5 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation.
