To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. You could call the fruit kela (banana) nature’s convenience food. They are widely available, inexpensive, and found in their own natural packaging. You don’t need to wash them, and you can eat them on the go and at any time of day. From a baby’s first weaning food to a snack that seniors with chewing difficulties can easily manage, banana can be enjoyed throughout your life.

Banana vary in size. According to the US Department of Agriculture, one medium banana will give you just over 100 kcal and 3 grams of fibre (around 10 per cent of your daily fibre needs). They’re rich in potassium (13 per cent of your daily needs), which helps to maintain healthy blood pressure. Banana also provide vitamin C and are naturally free from fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Three things to do with Banana:
•Bake them: Simply slit open the skin with a knife and pierce the banana with sliced almonds. Bake until soft and the colour has brightened a little. Serve with low fat yogurt. Katcha kela, or plantain, is used like root vegetables in savoury dishes. You can bake them too – they take longer to bake, but can be enjoyed with a sprinkle of chili powder and lemon juice.
•Freeze them: Freeze slices of banana and use them as fruity ice cubes, a snack to replace sweets, or whizzed up in a blender with milk and strawberries for a refreshing smoothie.
•Spice them: Heat mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a pan with a little oil; add thick slices of banana and sauté with haldi and chili (add a little water to prevent it from sticking). Top this with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti. A tasty sweet and spicy dish!

Hello Lybrate User, Please make these changes if you want to lose weight fast 1) Have small and frequent meals…it helps in increasing BMR and helps in weight loss 2) Cut down on sugar intake. Avoid mithais, sweets, icecreams, puddings etc 3) Drink at least 2 litres water in a day. But make sure not to have water immediately after a meal 4) Have more green leafy vegetables and whole fruits. Eat natural foods. 5) Avoid fried and fatty foods and foods with preservative such as samosa, pakoda, chips, namkeens etc 6) If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat and include more of leans cuts of chicken, fish etc. Don’t eat yolk. Have egg whites only. 7) Avoid aereated drinks and juices…even the fresh fruit juices. 8) Don’t drink alcohol as it has nothing but calories 9) Include more fibre in food as fibre keeps you full for longer. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole or sabut dals all have fibre. Try including more of fibrous cereals too such as dalia, oats, add bran to atta for making chapattis, brown rice etc. 10) Have good breakfast and light dinners.

If this is only ordinary fever, take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum alb 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening. If the fever continues after 1or 2 days, have a check-up with local doctor. If dengue and swine-flu fevers are prevailing in your area, get tested for these fevers.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Possibly you have migraine during periods. Use a simple analgesia like calpol 650mg thrice daily during periods for 3-4 days along with rantac-150mg. If the headaches persist then you would need to see a doctor.

Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars.
