Hi, You are about 15 kgs less than what you could be. First and foremost is to be fit and be active without worrying about weight. Be more relaxed and happy.. that is important. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hello, scars once formed donot disappear completely. They lighten with procedures. Dermaroller or lasers when done repeatedly over a period of months lead to scar remodelling so that the depth of the scar reduces and the skin appears smoother than before. Different types of scars require different procedures. Subscission, dermaroller, lasers, punch excision are few of them. Response to these procedures also varies from person to person. If the scars are big, plastic surgery will help. Have patience and see a local dermatosurgeon or plastic surgeon for better results.

You are 6'3" tall, if I am not wrong, your weight is actually not high. According to my calculation your weight is appropriate. You are 14 years old, so I assume you must be active in sports and do not have any body fat. In case you do, -it will go away with age or you should indulge yourself in a sport like basket ball/volley ball/ lawn tennis/swimming/cycling/racing. -if you think your face looks chubby, it is because of baby fat that will go with age. -for stomach problem, you need to eat home-made healthy and simple food, if it is digestion related problem. - stomach problems also happen if you over-eat or under-eat. So, kindly watch your diet at this age, else you will have problems later.

Its depends on how much diabetes you hve. If your diabetes is in control than you can hve elaichi banana. Not every day but yes once in a week. Hve papaya, apple. Cut fruits are good.

Hi since you travel a lot it is but obvious that you will have to take food from restaurants/hotels which may not be the healthiest option. But here are a few things which you can try and which will work very well too provided you follow them sincerely. 1. Warm water - have one liter of warm water daily. Not at one shot but spread over the entire day. 2. Asafoetida/hing - pinch of it, added to a glass of buttermilk. Take it after lunch everyday. 3. And of course, completely avoid deep fried food, junk food, fatty food and white sugar. These remedies will help to reduce the overall fat content in your body. But if you want to lose inches around your waist, the only solution you have is to work out.

Tips for backache: heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.

Dear sir/madam, I am 24 years old male. I have hair fall from last 1 yr. More than 100-150 hair falls for every head bath. I am applying ginger, onion, radish, amla, garlic and honey mixed as a paste and apply all these mixture to head before taking head bath for 1 hour. Does these paste help me in stopping hair fall and grow new hair on my scalp. I have heard that all these are good for hair so I made a mixture and applying. Does these process helps me? Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood .due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Sir I had typhoid one month back since then I am not feeling well. Report have shown negative soon after taking treatment for 3 days but I am feeling very weak eyes burns and itching and noes watery. This may be due the antibiotics you have taken. Weakness is common after typhoid. Take ors regularly. High protein diet bt without much oil and spices. Take boiled water atlst 7-8 days. I am a 36 year old, I am male and I have a problem of stony 16mm in left kidney. So what should I do ?
