For improving your fatigue you can have certain changes in your life style like - start your day by having 2- 4 dates in morning on empty stomach get more sleep, early to bed early to rise is the funda for good health eat more wholesome foods keep your body hydrated, drink plenty of fluids, fruit juices, coconut water cut down caffeine intake, avoid areated beverages and alcohol consume green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and green tea on regular basis excersing or involving yourself in yoga and meditation will boost your metabolism and will give energy food items rich in omega3 like fish, also boost alertness shedding those extra kilos will boost energy eat more often, have small frequent meals throughout the day rejuvinate yourself by involving yourself in your favouriate hobbies please make sure you have enough quantity of food throughout your day.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

My mother is suffering from Uterine fibroids since last 9 months. Doctor have advised to operate but she is continuously taking medicines to avoid the operation. Is it good to take so much medicine? Fibroids can be treated with surgery or embolization. Medicines can be given to control symptoms like bleeding. They do not remove fibroids. The actual treatment offered will depend on the size and site and actual symptoms.

Bleeding is menstrual and there is nothing to worry. The pain is also incidental and should go away soon. Vasectomy is meant for males and femalea have to get tubectomy. It is done immediately after the period because that is the time when there is no possibility of pregnancy.

Take off your mind from mobile that is the problem with you youngsters don't look at it atleast in the night make a fixed daily routine time wise in which you keep your fixed sleeping and getting up time for 8 hrs and then follow this timetable strictly in a few days you will get into the habit of fixed timings and henc veil feel fresh aldo in the mornings.
