My mother who is 53yr old is having uric acid level 7.6. What can be done to reduce and what produce this acid level in body?
I am 24 years of age and I am having big problem of acidity (pitta. My father is also having same problem. I used to take tablet every morning (omme-d or asilog). Because of this there are many restrictions on my food also not to take oily foods, tur daal, etc.how should I recover from this problem. So that I could eat everything I want. Please help.
I have been suffering with foot pain since last month. Pain is mainly in the heels, and too much of burning sensation in the soul and feeling very weak from the lower leg part, can not tolerate the burning sensation in both of ma feet. I did nerve conduction test is fine and Uric acid is 5.58, vitamin D is 28, vitamin B12 is 230, Doctor said you don have any problem but its very bad. I am practicing advocate since two years in my home town and my work load is not too much. Still from past one year I am feeling myself highly fatigued especially my legs and feet. I am not over weight. What would be the reason.

1.The best way to prevent sunburn is to avoid or at least minimize long exposure to sun. Cover your body with full sleeve shirts and full length pants, wear hat.
2. Do not go out in the afternoons. Keep an eye on the clock. Avoid exposing yourself to sun between 10 am to 4 pm.
3. Apply sun screen lotions regularly for every 3 hours.
4. Massage your skin with soothing lotions to relive skin from pain and inflammation.
5. Drink lot of water and fluids. Hydrate your body to remove excess heat.
6. Frequently damp your body with wet cloth.
7. Avoid medications which increase sensitivity to the sun.
8. Avoid smoking and consuming excess of caffeine, alcohol
9. Use mild soaps to clean blisters, wounds. Chemicals in soap may dry the skin, increase irritation making the condition even worse.
