Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. For further queries get back to me.

To have follicular cysts in ovary is normal. They are expected to occur periodically in the ovaries. By the entity you mentioned as a complex ovarian cyst, it denotes as a ovarian tumour having cystic and solid both components. Ovarian tumour markers can be assessed to have a vague idea of its nature though the possibility of detection of ovarian cancer if present, is not 100percent accurate by that method. Surgery gives adequate and complete tissue samples to know if the nature of the pathology present in the complex ovarian cyst.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

It should be taken At night. It normally reduces your anxiety and induces sleep. It should not be taken morning it will interference with your work.

- eat more protein- checkup for b12, iron, iodine, thyroid- massage scalp with castor oil. Do not eat unhealthy food. Do not take stress do not wash your hair too often. Wear a cap in sun.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Dark circles could be due to inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiencies, inadequate hydration, thin skin - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, have 7 -8 glasses of water along with other fluids, sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night - apply cold cucumber slice pack for 15-20 min daily for 2-3 weeks - apply a skin ligthening ointment twice a day.
