There are Specific Exercises and some special Yogic methods to treat abdominal fat and to lower the body weight scientifically. I am 24 years old male having belly fat and I want to burn my belly fat. What should I do?

you can't target one body part. You have to achieve overall loss and toning. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Get quality sleep. You need to take a high protein high calorie diet eat more protein foods eat good fats do exercise.

I have many pimples how can I reduce it. Any best ways to reduce it and I have many black spots.

Take following homoeo medicines berberus aquifolium q 30 ml sbl or any company 10 drops 3 times per day in water also apply berberis aq oin. Both avaliable in homoeo medical or online. Take full sleep no late night drink planty water eat vegetables fruits wash face with himilaya face wash.

Put anu tailam in nose 2-2 drops twice a day. Eat an amla everyday. Have syrup jee cold 2 tsf twice a day for 15 days. Revert to me with results.

Give her a dose of pneumovac- 23 vaccine to prevent another episode of pneumonia. The pneumcoccus is a normal inhabitant bacteria in our throat area but may cause disease when immunity is low. She had suffered once. So she had that susceptibility. Otherwise it is recommended for everyone above 65 years. Coming to her present symptom it is difficult to connect with her past affliction. Please get her checked by your family physician.

The major dangers of hypertension contributes to apoplexy, paralysis, loss of vision, heart attacks, gangrene, respiratory disorders etc.

Modern medicine is no doubt very beneficial in administration the blood pressure, but we all are well aware of a hidden danger which we all are concerned as the root cause of hypertension cannot be cured just by maintaining blood pressure, because once the body get used to the current dosage, it start to demand more amount or quantity of medicine and there start the trouble. Blood pressure get explode due to either non functioning of medicine or from reverse effects of body mechanism. And these are the situations leading to strokes and other complications in the body.

Apart from the well aware figures we have some other issues which I would like to discuss here:

A) self medication: people continue consume there b. P. Medicines no matter they are working or not just to avoid going to there doctors, people even increase or decrease the dosage without any professional opinion.


B.) sedentary lifestyle: people do eat junk food in huge quantities and avoid any kind of physical works. Even for covering 200 meter distance people prefer to use a two wheeler or even cars


C) alcohol: if contains majority of carbohydrates and hence indirectly contributes in increasing the amount of cholesterol (which is dangerous cause of heart attacks and many diseases - see my previous articles)


D) stress: it may play a very major role, people with high stress tends to have increased level of triglycerides (type of cholesterol) in there body

During the reproductive age, women need adequate calcium for strong bones. Since the baby takes however much calcium it requires for growth from the mother, calcium consumption should be increased to prevent the loss of calcium from the mother's bones. Women with poor general nutrition, low intake of calcium- rich foods and a positive family history of osteoporosis are more prone to get vertebral fractures from weakened bones during pregnancy. Milk and milk products, dark green leafy vegetables, sardines and other oily fish are done of the better sources of calcium.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Join aerobics or Yoga

Have a heavy breakfast full of protein daily. It will help increasing the bmr. Along with that try phytolacca berri mother tincture (homeopathic) 10 drops in half cup water twice a day. All the best.

Follow regular routines of getting up earlier in the morning, drinking 1-2 glass warm water boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves, go for a walk for one hour. Rest and finish your daily routines. Practice yoga and meditation. Avoid hot spiced and oily or junk food. Use fresh fruits and green vegetables and sprouts.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Hello, I am doing a diet that is basically eating right nothing fancy but I have these binges daily and I can't help it. I am really embarrassed of wearing clothes that are too tight and I feel very bad about it. I am on a constant weight for a month nothing has changed. I need some tips to lose at least 15-17 kgs to get normal as I am overweight and short too, a bad combination. Kindly help me with some tips. Regards.

Hello lybrate-user, with your diet, you need to work out, no matter how much you hate it but with your target of loosing 15-17 kgs, you should hit the gym or start with power yoga. Walks and yoga and all will not help, you need some serious work out with the diet you are already following. It is okay to have a cheat day once in a week. -join a gym or join a power yoga class /zumba /swimming, any good work out for an hour. -you will certainly see the results. -you should tell your friend that you are going to loose some weight, you will keep yourself more motivated then. -also, one month of diet is useless (your internal health must have improved for sure if the diet is right), three months of diet and work out will give your body a new shape, continue doing it, diet can be increased a little after 6 months but do not stop exercising. You are young and can do it, and weight loss will make you feel good about yourself.

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.
