Also have thyroid problem, in between have swelling on face and feet and drowsiness, not regularly. What to do? Heart stroke ? though the causes of both are same but one affects the heart and causes heart attack ,stroke affects the brain by blocking the blood flow due to obstruction / damage of blood vessels. If you see anyone suffering from something like a heart attack / stroke , rush to hospital immediately and give a tablet of soluble aspirin , the 1st hour , if not wasted saves many lives

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. If BP remains high, then you need to take tablets, some of which are safe for Pregnancy also If there is no other cause for high blood pressure at such a young age like Obesity, Thyroid Problem or Kidney Problem, family history of high blood pressure than it is more likely to be Essential (Primary) You can reduce her salt intake, Tellher to exercise regularly, reduce weight if she is obese, increase fruit intake & avoid junk food, processed foods (If after that also BP remains High then you need to take medicines)

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Mr Venkat, Please tell me is your diabetes (sugar levels) in good control? What are the fasting and PP (current) sugar levels and HbA1c%, plus medications being taken with dosage. Based on these details I may be able to guide you. Another important aspect you have to think positively and accept that you have diabetes and will control it and live a healthy life. I suppose your child is suffering from meningomyelocele. If I am correct then it is best that your child undergoes surgery even if he is asymptomatic. As in future it might lead to complications. But I would leave that call on the surgeon who has seen your child. Surgery does have their own complications but we have to weigh the risk benefit ratio. Surgery if expensive in private can be done in government hospitals at reasonable costs.

Hi lybrate-user, A fair, healthy and glowing skin is every body’s desire. Well it is not hard to achieve. A little patience and simple care with some natural and inexpensive products can do wonder for your skin. Pollution, stress and unhygienic condition can steal away your glowing complexion leaving behind dark patches, blemishes and wrinkles on your skin making it look tired and aged. Skin color is due to the presence of a pigment known as melanin. This causes a person’s complexion to be white or dark depending on its amount present in the skin. Try the following ways to get fair skin and remove dark patches from your face. 1. Lemon Juice & Honey: Mix honey and lemon juice and apply on face and other exposed parts of your body. Let it stay for twenty minutes and then wash off. For dry skin apply honey and cucumber juice of equal amount on your face and body and leave for fifteen minutes. Wash off and feel the radiance. Apply lemon juice on face every night. Remove make up before the application. Try to keep a small quantity at least for fifteen minutes on face. It may give you a burning sensation but will help in lightening your complexion. 2. Yogurt: Apply yoghurt on your face and wash off with milk. They both act as lightening agents for skin. 3. Honey and Egg White: Prepare a face mask by combining honey and egg white. Apply the mask on your face and let it stay for few minutes. Wash off. 4. Honey & Almond Oil: Mix equal amount of almond oil and honey. Apply the mixture on face. Practice this remedy every night for a clear skin. 5. Papaya: Papaya is an effective ingredient for achieving glowing skin. Papaya is a rich source of antioxidants that helps to remove dark patches from skin. Rub a slice of ripe papaya on your face every morning. Papaya is often used in most of the home remedies for glowing skin. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

  2. Engage in physical activity: Your heart is a muscle and to make it healthier, you need some form of physical exercise. STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, over-styling, thyroid diseases take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men.
