Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic factor is the most important cause. Apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency. Thyroid problem increase it it is very important to follow good nutritious diet. Hair require protein. Sprouts, beans, nuts are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables give iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Melanin is the pigment which gives colour to hair. It is made up of protein. Oiling is important as it conditions the scalp. Consult trichologist for treatment.

Apply paste of Triphala powder mixed with honey and lemon twice in a week and wash with Denz and dark shampoo of Atrimed company. Revert back for any assistance.

White hair Lemon Juice And Gooseberry Gooseberry is a really famous fruit in India which treats almost every ailment in this world. If you want to fight obesity, stomach problems skin infection, hair problems, etc. Then you should definitely go for Indian gooseberry. Gooseberry is known as ‘amla’ in Hindi and you can easily find it in a vegetable shop or in the form of juices and pickles. You would need to buy powdered gooseberries for treating white hair. Mix powdered gooseberry with lemon juice and apply it on your hair. Apply it on your scalp as well. Massaging the scalp with this mixture will make your hair black in few days. Do this on a daily basis for best results. Onion Paste Onion may burn your eyes but you can use the paste to treat white hair. All you would need to do rub it on your scalp and let it dry some. Your grey/white hair will turn black in few days. However use this remedy on a daily basis to get desired results. If you do it once in a week, you will see no progress. Make sure that you do it everyday! You would need to peel off the onion skin and grind the onions. Apply the paste on your scalp and let it be for a while. Wash it off after 30 minutes or so. You can shampoo your hair too because onion leaves an unpleasant smell. Carrot Juice Carrot juice is healthy as well as tasty. If you want to prevent and cure white hair then drink a glass of carrot juice on a daily basis. Your hair will not turn white and you will get rid of the problem too. It also helps in keeping your hair healthy and strong. You can make fresh carrot juice at home as well. Do not apply it on your hair because this works best when you consume it. Drinking carrot juice can be very health for your overall health as well. So, drink lots of carrot juice because it will not hurt you at all!

Your father may be having osteoarthritis left knee. Kindly mention his height and weight. Osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, is one of the oldest and most common types of arthritis. It is characterized by a breakdown of the joint's cartilage. Cartilage is the part of the joint that cushions the ends of bones. Cartilage breakdown causes bones to rub against each other, causing pain and loss of movement. Osteoarthritis can range from very mild to very severe, and most commonly affects middle-aged and older people. It affects hands and weight-bearing joints such as knees, hips, feet and the back. Ayurvedic treatment of Osteoarthritis not only prevents further deterioration in the joints but also rejuvenates damaged cartilages. Vata-alleviating treatments through specific herbs are also suggested for lubrication and strengthening of joints. Lifestyle changes- Avoid carbonated drinks, preserved and packaged foods, and dry or cold food items. Choose foods that are easy to digest and warming. Excessive use of joints and underuse are both problematic, so get some exercise each day, but do not overdo it. Try exercises that are easy on the joints such as walking, swimming and yoga. Keep your weight at an optimum level, neither too overweight nor too underweight. Do not withhold natural urges (such as burping, urinating, releasing gas, etc.) Home Remedies Use warm sesame oil to massage stiff and painful joints in the morning. Massage improves blood circulation and reduces inflammation and stiffness. Put one teaspoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and set aside overnight. Then next morning, mix well and drink. Boil 10-12 slices of ginger in 8 cups of water for 5 minutes and let it steep for another 10-15 minutes. Drink this tea at a warm temperature throughout the day. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. My weight is very low and my hairs are very rough, these are two problems I am suffering from.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results. Thanks.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hi, when I stand even for 1 min am having heel pain I have consulted many doctor and also with that I get exhaust Now m taking treatment from one homoeopathy she told me to took x-ray and on that x-ray I found scratches like on bones is that mean I have low calcium is it a reason for heel pain and else every thing is normal from x-ray report What that scratches like things on bones means.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid exercising with the affected part, give rest till pain subsides - do warm fomentation of the area twice a day - apply pain relief gel three times a day - apply a wrist band or bandage to restrict movement - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - get an x-ray done to rule out any bone injury or displacement problem, consult a doctor.
