If it is gastritis try to avoid chilli spicy food drink ample amount of water take your dinner before 9 p m avoid smoking alcohol etc to maintain cholestrol one has to do physical exertion remain mobile always.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your pain could be due to acidity - avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have more of fruits & vegetables, do not lye down for about an hour after food, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful three times a day half an hour after meals - have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion - do regular exercise like walking for 15-20 min, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. High bp is multifactorial. Majority cases cause is unknown or may be familial. However if one has diabetes, obesity, kidney disease, thyroid disease etc chance of having high bp will be high. Most of the cases its due to genetic susceptibility plus poor habits like diet, lack of exercise, smoking etc combined together to cause high bp.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. You can take shatavaryadi churn (powder) of baidyanath company 1/2 teaspoon with milk once a day for fastly gain weight. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi, High blood pressure is a silent condition which may not show any symptoms for a long time. But it may be putting extra load on all your vital organs which eventually causes complication. Slight variation in BP levels is common, BP levels will go temporarily above normal levels. This is absolutely normal. Check the BP levels 3-4 times in a month, you may have to take medicines if it is too high. Small variations can be handled by food and lifestyle modification. Take balanced food with lesser salts and spices, get good sleep and practice meditation. Stress -directly increases BP. Take care, Be happy.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes.
