I am 46 years male and I am facing problem that while passing urine, I didnt get satisfaction and again I have to go and pass some drops of urine just after that. This problem I m facing for last 20 yrs. Besides when I take liquidlike water /tea, I feel to go for urine within 20-30 minutes. There was nothing came in urine culture report kft or urine routine.

Dear first if you are having the problem for the last twenty years rest assured that it is not a life threatening illness. Because no serious problem can go untreated for such along period of time. Tea coffee etc are natural diuretics that is they make you produce more urine so it is quite normal in many people. Have you ever done any ultrasound of your prostate. It is unlikely that you would have prostate problem for the last twenty years but it is one 9th the options to look into regarding the dripping of urine.

Hi, Try these steps: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as" psyllium husk, is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it. Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Yes,   Pay close attention to your food choice. ·    Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·    While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·     Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. I start get itching when I drive on bike and if it's a bit windy and air passes though body and skin while driving. It really itches and by the time I reach home it spreads across the body and sometimes there are red rashes all over. To get some relief I usually take bath with hot/ warm water and feel better. There is no other pattern to it. This is more prevalent in months when it's rainy season in Bangalore and winter months of Dec and Jan. Also it does not happen every time I go outside on bike. Marijuana itself has no significant effect on lungs but it is smoked with tobacco which has it's own repercussions. Otherwise, marijuana affects neurochemicals and affects thinking and perception and can lead to mood disturbance, anxiety, obsessions and even psychosis.
