Dear lybrate user, you should take alfafa tonic thrice a day for one month and banana shake in the morning, mango shake in the evening wand butter sugar paste daily with bread or chappati daily for one or two month.

It could be due to enlargement of prostate. Take USG Abdomen and consult urologist for advice and treatment.

Good question lybrate-user. We do not have to add the first fourteen days as calculation is done from last menstrual date and from there nine months and nine days. So already the fourteen days are taken into consideration.

You can take pantoplex capsules daily night 1 for 2 months. Apply altris gel twice a day for 3 months. 5 his will reduce progression. But nothing can revert the grey to black.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy.  1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day.  Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Take one and half cup of water. Add ginger and boil it for 15 minutes. Add honey and drink it sip by sip twice a day. You will get relief.

Madam, poly cystic ovary is cause of iregular periods. Fsh level is 5.0miu/ml and my lh level is 7.1 miu/ml and you not over weight. So try to take ayurveda medicines which are safe for future. Pco is root of your disturbance because monthly ovulation is not occurring and levels of androgens (male hormones) in women are elevated. The condition occurs in about 5 to 10 percent of women. So be balanced and take herbal medicines like fee tone, kumaryasav twice for 6 months. For better treatment feed back soon. Ok.

To remain healthy and fit, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1. Balanced diet 2. Early morning brisk morning walk for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after dinner 3. Drink 6-8 glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced diet= 60% carbohydrates + 20% fats + 20% proteins 1. Carbohydrates: our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: banana, milk, sweets, sugarcane juice. (b) slow carbohydrates energy sources: beans, bread, cereals, potato, pulses, rice. 2. Proteins: essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) major protein sources: egg white (white portion), milk, soybeans/soymilk, fish, cheese, tofu. (b) other protein sources: beans with wheat, nuts, curd, yogurt (dahi). 3. Fats: required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (ldl) and heartproblems (a) major fats sources: egg yolk (yellow portion), avocados, whole milk, butter, cheese, nuts. (b) other fats sources: corn, vegetable/olive oil, biscuits, flaxseeds (san beej). 4. Vitamins and minerals: critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: it helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: a measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2, 000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. Bramari pranayam or bee breath 1. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat twenty times. Starting from 5 times in nut-shell, think good, eat good, sleep good andby adopting these 3 point in your life you will remain fit as ever.-------------------

Use coconut oil as such on head and apply it overnight then wash off in morning...do this every alternate day...drink plenty of water and avoid stress ..drink lots of carrot juice

white spots on body can be due to various reasons. It can b hereditary or due to use of some chemical agents, drugs, medication, trauma, contact with allergic agents, autoimmune diseases, age to name a few. It's very important that u take care not to injure ur self or that can leave marks. Any suspicious chemical agent such as creams, sprays, deodorants should be avoided. It's imperative to be relaxed or such a condition can worsen. Don't b anxious about anything for everyone faces anxieties and only the relaxed can get above. Diet rich in vitamin c and phytonutrients like anthocyanin namely lemon, orange, gooseberry vil scavenge the free radicals which damage the cells and produce white spots and patchs. If u have autoimmune diseases like pernicious anaemia, thyroiditis, alopecia areata, vitiligo, inflammatory bowel disease, it has to be evaluated and treated and it vil definitely respond to treatment

First of all diabetes when is long duration than you will have nerve damage. So you can not blame medicine for that. Make sure that your diabetes is under control or else damage can be worse.

My father's age is 60 years and he has diabetes, the problem with him is that he does not get a proper call out (clean stomach) some time for 1 day because of which he has a mild pain in the stomach and has gas so please suggest me some remedy and the food habits to avoid.
