Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference, but there is no permanent solution to it. Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night.

Hello, you should go in for a proper diet plan you should take sum natural diuretic water for water retention. Take 1/2 tsp jeera +1/2 tsp saunf+1 glass water. Boil it till half when it remains half drink it 45mts after dinner. This will help you remove your water retention.

hello, do not apply over the counter medications over your face. they may cause a lot of unwanted side effects like irritation, hair growth on face, thinning of skin, wrinkles on face, pimples and even steroid dependance. your treatment will depend on the type of spots you have. apply sunscreen regularly.

Hi. At this age, having heart problems which cause such chest pain and breathing difficulties are not common. So you need to take proper food and drink lot of water ans sleep well to feel healthy. If the problem is troubling you a lot, you may once visit a cardiologist in your town for general check up like 2d echo and ecg. Take care.

1. Do exercise daily in the evening, for 30 minutesafter dinner, this will make you tired at night. And since masturbation is often done at night, so when you are exhausted, you will give preference to sleep not to masturbation. -------------------------------- 2. Avoid sitting on your bed. Use a table/chair, and always sit with other people, if possible ---------------- 3. When the urge is very intense take a cold shower! it is not only shown to calm the mind but have many other benefits to overall health and energy.------------------------- 4. Think about your family or anyone else and if they were watching you. ----------------------- 5. When you feel the need to masturbate, take a brisk walk or jog. Always try to occupy yourself when the urge arises. --------------------------------------- 6. Exercise more and get out of the house. This is a great way to take your mind off everything.---------------------------------------- 7. Motivate yourself by reminding yourself that abstaining will increase sexual performance, because if you don't do it as much you will have more energy and be more easily aroused when you have sex with someone, whoever it may be, and also you will have a stronger orgasm since you are less desensitized to the feeling. For optimum hormone levels, keep masturbation to no more than once a week. Studies in men have shown that not masturbating for up to a week slightly increases testosterone, after this it goes back down.---------------------------- 8. Take your mind off it with (non-sexual) music.--------------------------- 9. Set tiny goals for yourself, start with going 3 days clean, the third day is the speed bump, get past that and you know that you're committed. Then go a week, then 10 days, then two weeks, then 17 days, etc. ---------------------------------- 10. Try fasting. Abstain from food or drink in a few hours everyday can distract your mind from sexual urge. Fasting will also act as a diet from stimulating food or drink for a certain period. If you do it regularly you will have better control upon your urge.----------------------

Alterations in food habits may help u. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of liquids. Avoid fermented foods, reheating of foods, processed foods and carbonated drjnks. Avoid constipation. Antacids may be helpful. Do yoga and deep breathing exercises to relax ur self and avoid anxiety.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Bryonia 200--once daily in the morning and evening for 6 days.

Hye. Thanks for the query. It is very possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time. With PROS you must understand that if the right nutrients don't go in, you further disturb the hormonal balance leading to further deposition of fat. Usually post pregnancy weight and fat gain is due to poor nutrition, over stress and lack of physical activity. Mind you running around the child is not physical activity but a stress to the body in absence of the right nutrition. Liposuction is just a short cut and last resort for a person whose fat accumulation becomes life threatening. Also it's going to last only as long as you take care. If you still don't manage a healthy lifestyle you will gain back again. You have to decide with your doctor whether it's a required option. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
