Hello, 105 mg/dl isnormal fasting blood sugar levels. In fasting sugar levels should be between 80 to 125mg/dl is normal and in post lunch or in random blood sugar levels should not exceed 150mgs / dl. But please do regular exercises maintain healthy diet and vegetables. And last but not least is should avoid stressful life. Do yoga and meditation.

I am 49 years old, my wife 45. We have one daughter age 10. She is more educated than me. When we married then his and my income almost same. Now she is college professor. Our love marriage. Her urge for marry more than me. Again and again told her, not to marry me because she is more greater than me. But she refused my request. Our sexual life is good. Now I discovered that she flirt am Bank man age 57. And slept with him. On that night I got news about this affair. At that night She simply lied to me. Now she is with me never went (or I not allowed) to go at man. But I have doubt that she has connection with that man by phone. I tried to connect that man but he never picked my phone. I love my wife. She is only proud of my life. I still love her also. What to do? I am finished. I can not suicide due to my daughter. What I will do?

Suicide is never an option in any situation, really. It is unfortunate that your wife strayed in her marriage by sleeping with another man. It does not solve the problem by merely restraining her. I think that the both of you must visit a marriage counselor and understand this aberration. There may be a lot of factors that contributed to this development. It is best to thrash it out and renew your marriage and the vows, all over again with new commitments and love. You are repeatedly referring to the difference between the two of you in education and in'greatness' this may be causing a rift between the two of you because she may then look for more intelligent company as you may not be engaging her in that manner. All of these need to be discussed with the counselor and pursued to logical and favorable ends.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

Dear lybrate-user you need to first treat the problem and make efforts to prevent it further from comming back again. You most probably need a good scaling and polishing from a dentist and have regular followup with the dentist atleast once in a six months.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hello sir my problem is that in the winter season my skin becomes very dry and tendency to scratch it becomes very high and the more I scratch it more I become used to it. Earlier when I have asked the question here the doctor prescribed me candid lotion and vitamin A tablets, I have been cured also but again this time the problem started. Due to cold your skin is dry so itching so you apply Dermadew lotion twice in a day after wetting skin with water and apply Propyderm -NF cream twice in a day for 2 week and Teczine5 1 tablet daily at bedtime for 20 day.

Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind diet: fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured are very useful for fast result. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Dear ur ideal weight is 48- 58 kg. U r obese so to decrease ur weight u have to maintain diet and have to do daily work out. Only exercise or Only diet control will not help. Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. How to take care of oily skin, open pores tanning uneven skin tone and blackheads during summers.
Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Open pores can be the result of lack of proper cleansing resulting in the deposit of oil, dirt or even dead skin in your pores. It is extremely important that you follow the ritual of a face clean at least once a week which includes a massage with a cream, exfoliation for the removal of dead skin cells and a face pack to close the pores opened while the process of exfoliation. This basic routine makes sure that your skin is always prepped up, cleansed and clear of impurities. - Lemons are one of the most widely used herbal remedy to shrink the open pores as they naturally tighten the skin and brighten it too. -Fruits like Papaya are best known for their exfoliation properties. Using a papaya for cleaning the face not only scrubs away all the impurities but also helps in removing black heads and other impurities of the skin. -Egg whites work as natural dryers of the skin and thus they greatly help in shrinking the pores and helping with the problem of open pores. -Another way of dealing with the problem of open pores is yoghurt. -Fuller’s earth is an excellent medium to control excessive oil and cleansing the skin gently and deeply. -Natural Astringent: there are several other natural astringents which can be used on the skin for the treatment of open pores like peach, pineapple, orange, strawberries and other citrus fruits.

We all think of clapping as a way to applaud somebody for a job well done in sports, award shows, theater or movies. However, there are a number of hidden benefits that clapping has been proven to have. In the recent years, there are different types of groups in parks who get together in the morning and/or evening. Some of these groups indulge in laughing, there is also another group who gather around to clap.

Our body is a bundle of nerves and blood vessels spread all through the body and is one of the most complex networks we will ever know. Each organ is linked to the other and a bad effect on one organ can affect the other, which may seem remotely linked. The palms in specific contain nerve and blood vessel endings and stimulating them through clapping helps improve health of organs like kidney, digestive tract, and lower back. Sounds interesting? Read on to know more.

There are about 30+ acupressure points in the palms, which are activated when you are clapping. These connect various organs including low back, neck, kidneys, lungs stomach, etc. and have indirect benefits as noted below.

Clapping is known to improve the overall heart health and improve blood pressure. Blood circulation to various organs is also improved by regular clapping. Clapping also helps improve asthma related problems by promoting function of nerve endings that connect these organs.

।मुझे हरदम थकान का अनुभव होता है और किसी भी काम को रूचिपूर्ण तरीके से नहीं कर पाता।ऐसे सोचता हूँ बस जो चल रहा है ठीक है।परिवार का कोई सदस्य यदि जरा सा भी अस्वस्थ दीखता है तो मुंह सूखने लगता है और थोडा विचलित हो जाता हूँ कि अब क्या करूँ यहाँ तक की यदि बिजली भी गुल हो जाती है तो जब तक नहीं आती तब तक एक खीझ का अनुभव करता हूँ।इसके लिए मैंने यहाँ फिजिशियन को दिखाया तो उन्होंने एंग्जायटी बताते हुए clonazepam0. 25 mg.HS चालू कर दी जिसे में विगत 10 दिन से ले रहा हूँ लेकिन अभी अपेक्षित लाभ महसूस नहीं हो रहा है।मुझे ऐसा भी महसूस हो रहा है की में थोड़ा भुलक्कड़ भी हो रहा हूँ।कृपया मेरा उचित मार्गदर्शन करें।क्या में SSRI medicine शुरू कर सकता हूँ यदि हाँ तो कौनसी दवा मेरे लिए उपयोगी होगी?
