Change in texture of hair is the indication of hormonal changes in body. Texture can't be changed but you can make the hair smooth. Apply oil 3/week and wash it 3/week. Follow diet which is good in protein. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Consult trichologist.

Sir, my husband has faced a lot in the former year, he used to be very calm person, most sincere about his relationships with other, he is a kind of guy who can never hurt anyone intentionally, he love me so much but as his parents are getting divorce and after so many financial crisis, he has become very hard to handle. By this I mean his total personality has changed, he is very rude and he really can't control his temper, by time he has become overly possessive for me, he look for things that may relate to my past or that he makes issue out of everything, former I felt that he don't really care about me because whenever I cry he dont pamper me instead he start to yell at me as if cry is a crime, he do realizes his behaviour towards me and appologises but then again he become rude. I consider it as medical disturbance because. Umm. For instance yesterday we went out on for movie, we really had a great day, he loved me so much and by night he asked me for divorce. This sudden change in his behaviour and mood swings, I am worried!

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Hi I am dietitian Sheela Seharawat mentoring diet clinic, we have eleven diet clinics in Delhi-NCR. In diet clinic, we find more of diabetic person also as well as weight loss because kya hota ki diabetic person sirf ek medication se usko recover nahi kar payage because sabse important aapke diabetic person ko hoti hai diet ki requirement ki right food hona chahiye aur right timing pe honi chahiye. Doctor bhi aapko suggest karte hai ki medication bhi aapko tab work karegi jab aap proper diet loge. To humare paas diabetic patient aate hai hum unko recommend kar rahe hai aapko high fibre lene chahiye plus carbohydrate par thoda restrict karna chaye and definitely aapko at the small intervals include your food timings.

Diabetic persons ko dhyan rakhna chahiye ki aapko apni diet me fibre incude karna hai, fibre ke roop me aap kya le sakte ho, fibre ke liye apni diet me fibrous cereal use kar sakte ho, wheat bran market me ata hai jisko aam language me hum choker bolte hai to wo hume normal aate me milakar wo roti leni hai. Second thing more of salads apni diet me include kare jisse ki aapko more of roughage mile and usme dhyan kab rakhna hai jaise aap apna main portion jab bhi leke baithte ho before main meal you have to take lots of salads jisse ki carbohydrate aapki diet me kam ho jayega and second thing carbohydrate aap kaha pe kam kar sakte ho jaise carbohydrate rich in carbohydrates me aapko aa jate hai rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrorts and peas that one you have to avoid being a diabetic person and phir apko apni daily routine me aur kya change karna hai.

Most important aapko apna working timing hai that means at least aapko walk karni thirty to forty minutes daily. Usse aapki body me jo ki sugar ki amount jaada ban rahi hai apko usko control kar sakte ho with the exercise pattern and diabetics persons aur kya dhyan rakhna chahiye ki aapke jo timing hai usko leke aapko kaafi careful hona hai jaise ki aapko har do ghante me aapko apni diet food include karna hi chahiye. Wo in terms of fruits hone chahiye, wo salad hone chahiye, wo lassi honi chahiye proper roti sabzi ya bread wagarah ho and bread jo bhi aapko use karni hai wo brown bread ya whole wheat bread ya multigrain bread use karni hai and dinner pe jo bhi aap khate ho avoid ki waha pe aapko calories ki amount jitna bhi cut off kar sakte ho, jahan pe aap three chapatti le rahe ho waha aap two chapatti par aa jao and gradually usko aap one chapatti pe kar sakte ho that is really nice so that jitna aap ke carbohydrate kam ho jayege utna apko sugar ke control kam karne madad karege.

She can try a few home remedies like applying honey, she can add powdered sugar and few drops of lemon to it. Massage for 10-15 mins. Also, she can take steam for 15-20 minutes which will help opening the pores and then apply apple cider vinegar mixed with castor oil. Its very important that she uses a sunscreen on a daily basis. The sunscreen has to be re-applied after every 3-4 hours and it has to be applied at least 15-20 mins before leaving home.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user Do consult a physician/ cardiologist for your medications. Although the S. Creatinine is marginally elevated it is difficult to comment with a single value. These mild changes in kidney function could be because of longstanding hypertension on the kidneys. With the fact that you have been having leg swelling also, dose adjustment or change of medications may be needed.

Hi. For post inflammatory hyperpigmentation: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area. For acne pits: If you are talking about pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. but getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible or else you can consult a dermatologist.

Only by using strong will power and avoiding all situations where you feel like smoking, chewing tobacco or drinking or using drugs/ weed, avoiding friends who smoke and diverting mind by reading or chewing a gum, like NICORETTE and taking a walk when you crave for a smoke can all help. You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally Cigarette smoking is a leading preventable cause of mortality. It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 31st May is “World No Tobacco Day” Quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality.

Can Impotence be Treated?

Impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED) is treatable. The condition improves with treatment and lifestyle changes. While there are a plethora of medical options to treat impotence, there are some simple, easy-to-follow natural remedies as well. Here is a list of six such methods:

  1. Walk a mile: When it comes to impotence, walking two miles a day greatly helps in countering impotence. A brisk walk in the morning or evening helps to reduce weight and intervenes in cutting down obesity. A study in 2005 showed that a healthier lifestyle can improve or even reverses impotence. A person with a 42 inch waistline is far more likely to suffer from ED than a person with a waistline of 32 inches. Maintaining a healthy weight is, therefore, a good way to treat impotence.
  2. Moving the nether regions: Kegel exercises are known to be conducive for a good erection and better sexual performance. The bulbocavernosus muscle gets strengthened with this exercise. The bulbocavernosus muscle serves three purposes as they help the penis to engorge blood, empties the urethra post urination and pumps during ejaculation. Some other remedies include wearing loose pants, quitting smoking and alcohol, etc.
  3. Herbal Viagra: Red ginseng is considered to be the herbal Viagra because of its high effectiveness. A 2005 study showed that a dosage of 600–1,000 mg per day greatly helped in countering ED. This can be found in the form of a supplement. If plants are to be used, it should be ensured that the tree is at least five years old.
  4. Amino acid: The body possesses L-arginine that is naturally found in the body and helps in erection. Nitric acid relaxes the blood vessels in the body and sustains an erection for a longer duration. Consumption of high dosage of amino acid (5 mg/day) for six weeks can prove to be extremely beneficial in treating impotence. It should be ensured that a doctor is consulted before starting this course. Patients with a medical condition should not consume amino acid unless specifically prescribed by the doctor to do so.
  5. Watermelon juice: A citrulline is a form of amino acid that is found in abundant quantities in one slice of watermelon. This is a type of amino acid which is found to be extremely effective in improving the flow of blood to the penis. A 2011 study showed that a watermelon fetches very good result in improving ED.
  6. Acupuncture: A study conducted in 1999 showed that acupuncture improves erection in more than 39%of the people. This alternative therapy relaxes the mind and helps a person to get more involved while having sex. While there are mixed results of this alternative therapy, it is definitely worth a try to improve ED or impotence.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

hello, first of all normalise the thyroid hormone levels, since high levels are usually responsible for weight loss. Eat nutrient dense foods ,fruits and vegetables include avocados,spinach, radish,carrot, eggs. Consume one or two smoothies on a daily basis with some added protein. .do some exercises like weight lifting at least thrice a week
