2. Kefir

Similar to yogurt, this fermented dairy product is a unique combination of goat's milk and fermented kefir grains. High in lactobacilli and bifidus bacteria, kefir is also rich in antioxidants. Look for a good, organic version at your local health food shop.

3. Sauerkraut

Made from fermented cabbage (and sometimes other vegetables), sauerkraut is not only extremely rich in healthy live cultures, but might also help with reducing allergy symptoms. Sauerkraut is also rich in vitamins b, a, e and c.

4. Dark chocolate

Probiotics can be added to high-quality dark chocolate, up to four times the amount of probiotics as many forms of dairy. This is only one of the health benefits of chocolate.

5. Microalgae

This refers to super-food ocean-based plants such as spirulina, chorella, and blue-green algae. These probiotic foods have been shown to increase the amount of both lactobacillus and bifidobacteria in the digestive tract. They also offer the most amount of energetic return, per ounce, for the human system.

6. Miso soup

Miso is one the main-stays of traditional japanese medicine and is commonly used in macrobiotic cooking as a digestive regulator. Made from fermented rye, beans, rice or barley, adding a tablespoon of miso to some hot water makes an excellent, quick, probiotic-rich soup, full of lactobacilli and bifidus bacteria.

8. Tempeh

A great substitute for meat or tofu, tempeh is a fermented, probiotic-rich grain made from soy beans. A great source of vitamin b12, this vegetarian food can be sauteed, baked or eaten crumbled on salads. If prepared correctly, tempeh is also very low in salt, which makes it an ideal choice for those on a low-sodium diet.

9. Kimchi

An asian form of pickled sauerkraut, kimchi is an extremely spicy and sour fermented cabbage, typically served alongside meals in korea. Besides beneficial bacteria, kimchi is also a great source of beta-carotene, calcium, iron and vitamins a, c, b1 and b2. Kimchi is one of the best probiotic foods you can add to your diet, assuming you can handle the spice, of course.

10. Kombucha tea

Kombucha is a form of fermented tea that contains a high amount of healthy gut bacteria. This probiotic drink has been used for centuries and is believed to help increase your energy, enhance your well being and maybe even help you lose weight. However, kombucha tea may not be the best fit for everyone, especially those that have had problems with candida.

When should I go for jogging before dinner or after .Since I come at 8 o'clock from office.
If you want to do jogging you can do before meals but after food you can do normal walk which should not be exertional which will definitely help you a lot. I prefer you go for walk rather than jogging before dinner.

Take mineral drop 6 drops twice a day with 1 glass of water. You can also use keva aloe –vera shampoo twice a week. You can also take tab. Fenfecia 1 mg once a day after meal for 100 days. Use ketamac shampoo also twice a week only. Eat green veg. Dry fruits, vit. B 12, vit. C fruits. Coconuts oil also apply on hair. Avoid stress. Checkup testosterone, thyroid profile. Vit. E, vit. Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello I understand your concern. Your diet in past, lack of exercise, stress and sleep habits influence your weight. It works through disturbing normal functioning of your hormones. It is important to understand the direction in which these hormonal changes are happening and based on that, we must decide the correct type of dietary and other changes in lifestyle. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you may not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. As soon as your stop crash diet, you will most likely gain the weight right back and you may feel even worse. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness, which is very good; however it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. To achieve weightloss - think long term - no crash diet. As I said, weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you want professional help to start with then approach us for weightloss package of 3 months (+ 3 months of maintenance) by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Regaining your color is not an easy task. It does not just finish with appying a cream. -your skin is prone to tanning. -apply sun screen with high spf nicely on the whole body, (you can finish a tube in three times like nicely.) - also continue using the cream you were using on the affected areas. -never go out in sun with your skin exposed, cover yourself woth cloth/scarf/ hat/umbrella. -apply yogurt on your skin and let it dry everyday. -increase the intake of water and vitamin c. You will see good results.

Yes, of course. You must rule out thyroid problem. Tsh, t3 and t4 levels. Just as the types of thyroid conditions can vary, so can the symptoms of thyroid problems. Here, I have listed ten common symptoms of thyroid disease: nervousness and tremor: these symptoms, along with agitation, can signal an overfunction of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism). Mental fogginess and poor concentration: mental functioning can be affected in both hyperthyroidism (elevated levels of thyroid hormone) and hypothyroidism (too low levels of thyroid hormones). While sluggishness and depressed mood are often associated with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism can also lead to a reduced capacity for concentration. Feeling bloated: fluid retention is often a sign of an underactive thyroid gland. Racing heartbeat: an increased heart rate (tachycardia) and palpitations can be symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Aches and pains: muscle aches and pain can accompany different types of thyroid problems. Weight gain: a modest amount of weight gain often accompanies conditions in which thyroid gland activity is lower than normal. High cholesterol levels: an increase in blood cholesterol levels can occur in individuals with hypothyroidism. Heat intolerance: people with an overactive thyroid gland often complain of intolerance to higher temperatures. Sexual/ menstrual problems: like loss of libido and mentrual irregularities in females it is important to remember that none of these symptoms is absolutely specific for thyroid disease. All of them may be caused by a number of different conditions and normal states. Go for laboratory tests to evaluate the function of your thyroid gland if you have troubling symptoms.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.....

Hello, Take Allium sativum Q, 10 drops with water twice daily. Arborium (REDHILLS), 10 ml twice daily. Essentia Aurea , 15 drops with water once daily. Avoid, outside food, oily , spicy food. Drink plenty of water.

Up in the morning with a swollen right upper eyelid and cheeks on right side only. No pain or discomfort in the eye. Went to a doc he gave me the following Ivepred, LCZ, Topicid and asked to avoid sunlight. I have never had this no asthma what could this be? Some home remedies he suggested none. I had home cooked fish last night and I hv had that before. Could it be a good allergy I also had sprouts. I have never reacted to fish I also got henna done in my hair though not the first time yesterday!

Just take steam for at least 15 minutes twice a day. I guess you might b fit. You r suffering from a sort of allergy due to any eatable or any other thing. Th secretion caused by allergy got collected in your sinuses to cause swelling n might b headache also.
