Follow these home remedies 1. Apply a few drops of warm almond oil to your eyes and massage gently with your fingertips for five minutes at bedtime 2. Make a thin paste of rose water, sandal powder and white pumpkin juice. Apply this around the eyes and wash it off after ten minutes 3. Eat 1 bowl of fresh fruits daily and drink plenty of water.

What are the causes and symptoms of dengue fever and malaria fever? Please tell me in detail.
Dengu virus is transmitted by infected female aedes aegypti mosquito. Incubation period is 3-10 days. Most patients recover. Few patients can develop fatal complication like dhf (dengue hemorrhagic fever)/dss (dengue shock syndrome) symptom 1. Sudden high fever, severe headache 2. Severe bone and joint pain, pain behind eyes 3. Fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4. Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5. Blood platelet count is low and dengue antigen test (ns1) is positive malaria is caused by a parasite plasmodium vivax which is transmitted by female anopheles mosquito symptoms of malaria 1. Intermittent high fever with chills 2. Profuse sweating 3. Headache, fatigue 4. Nausea, vomiting 5. Diarrhea 6. Anemia7. Enlarged spleen.

You have to do the following- -clean your face nicely twice a day. -wash with oil control face wash 3-4 times a day. -do not apply oil/cream/lotion on or near face. -keep skin dry -apply fresh neem and turmeric paste once a day. - apply anti acne cream in night before sleeping, put only on pimples, do not put it like a cream. For big acne, put white toothpaste overnight.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

There are many reasons for delayed menses in a young married female------------------- 1. Stress----------------leading to hormonal imbalance--------- 2. Anaemia--------due to deficient nutrition--------------- 3. Shock------due to some shocking incident in family--------- 4. Thyroid--------thyroid problem can also lead to delayed menses------- 5. Pcod------multiple cysts in ovaries also leads to amenorrhoea----- 6. Pregnancy-------you said that you have had no sexual contact during this period, by this you mean what that whether you do not have sex from 23 nov. 2015 to 23 jan 2016. You may be having allergic or viral fever from time to time do warm saline gargle two to three timed daily. Have momemade freshly prepared lemon juices whic is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection includding viral infection go for regular morning walk fpllowed by free hand exercise things will improve.

Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. take sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. When it comes to being fit, soldiers set the best examples. There are so many habits followed by soldiers that can be incorporated in our daily lives like waking up on time, following a proper meal routine and getting enough physical exercise. We must also try and eliminate all the ‘bad habits’ like mindless snacking, poor eating habits and a sedentary life. These are the habits that will not keep us fit, but also help us lead a healthy lifestyle. Here are 15 habits that you could imbibe to stay fit like a soldier. Start the day early like a soldier, as their day begins at dawn and it will surely, give you more time to get things done and takes away the excuse of not having enough time to exercise.

  1. Start the day early: A soldier’s day begins at dawn. Starting your day early will give you more time to get things done and takes away the excuse of not having enough time to exercise.
  2. Maintain a daily schedule: Set a time to wake up, eat, work, exercise, sleep and follow it diligently. This helps you stay physically and mentally fit.
  3. Don’t skip breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat a proper breakfast that will give you enough energy to get through the day.
  4. Eat on time: Don’t delay a meal and maintain regular intervals between each meal. This helps stabilise your metabolism and keeps you from unnecessary weight gain.
  5. Eat a balanced diet: Skipping out on carbs may help you lose a little weight temporarily but will not keep you healthy. Eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins and milk.
  6. Spend time outdoors: If you can’t exercise outdoors, walk to and from office or while grocery shopping to give yourself a chance to breathe in the open.

  11. Mix it up: Make exercise fun by mixing up your exercise routines. If you go for a run on one day, go swimming the next or hit the gym.
  12. Drink plenty of water: Stay hydrated to ensure that your body can absorb nutrients well and to optimise your circulatory system.
  13. Play a sport: Playing a sport is not only a way to exercise but also boosts your mental health.
  14. Surround yourself with people who support you: Avoid negative people and keep company with those who live a healthy lifestyle themselves to keep yourself motivated.
  15. Never give up: Just because you don’t have the stamina to run 10km on the first day, doesn’t mean you should give up on it. Persevere and have patience with yourself and you will be able to overcome all the obstacles before you.
