I started to drink wine, (heritage wine). But I wanted to know when should I take this, after food or?, I'm taking weekly twice almost, is there any negative effect by drinking this? Can it good to health?

Drinking wine a small quantity is good for your heart and overall health. 1.Drinking wine cuts down the risk of coronary heart disease which can lead to a lower risk of heart attacks. It reduces Bad cholesterol (LDL) and increases Good cholesterol (which fights bad cholesterol). 2.Wine is rich in antioxidants, which reduces elements which causing cellular damage to our body. 3. Red wine can reduce the risk of formation of kidney stones. 4.Alcohols tend to overall reduce tension for a while, wines may work well in reducing hypertension in some cases. People often report a good night sleep after drinking wine. NOTE----Always consult your doctor before including wine in your everyday life and people with excesssive weight must take extra precaution in drinking wine.

Hello Lybrate user, teeth erupted in a nine month old baby are upper and lower incisors and blackening in these teeth may be due to extrinsic stain. The cause of this extrinsic stain may due excess iron intake through iron fortified formula but without examining the teeth of baby and taking a history about medications and the cereals and formula, it is not possible to tell you the exact cause of this dark line. You better find a pediatric dentist and visit him or her. Hope this helps.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 5.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 6.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 7.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . 8.Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair. Use Schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily.

Conditions needs evaluation with X-rays or MRI. You can try: 1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 3 week. 2. Spine extension, upper back, shoulder and neck exercises to be done. 3. Local gel can be applied. 4. Medications like Myoril, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help. 5. Maintain proper posture.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.

You must have seen ads of shampoos leading to thick hair or creams etc. For complexions. Do they work? may be yes for some. Do follow a healthy diet and exercise according to your work schedule. Simple tips are. 1 take minimum sugar and sweets. 2 less salt as it leads to water retention. 3 eat 1 meal which has chapattis rice daal subj etc. 4 eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits. Munch of fruits as a snack too. 5 don't weigh daily to become self obsessed. 6 simple exercise like walking or cycling. 7 yoga and stretching exercises do help shed extra weight and get a good shape. 8 positive look is the best ointment to remove wrinkles and to get a smooth skin. 9. Be yourself and stop comparison with models and actresses.. 10. Remain occupied because an empty mind thinks only of food. Good luck.

I am using bp meds always my diastolic pressure 80 or less than but systolic some times shows as 130-140 with 80. It is normal or not?

it's normal systolic rises during slight action like climbing stairs diastolic is more important as it's likely to remain stable when proper medicines for controlling bp are suiting you reduce intake of salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and seasonal vegetables and fruits

In the mornings after my walk and pranayam I take 5 soaked badam, 5 pistachu 2 dates and 5 wall nuts and two pieces of risk with a cup of coffee. Is it ok or shall I decrease or increase some of the the nuts as mentioned to reduce my weight Thanks Rajendra Joshi.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.
