Short duration fever is mainly due to exertion, or some stress or viral infections, malaria, dengue, typhoid, malaria. Take tab diclogesic one tab twice daily for 2 days,& please consult with full detail. So we can help u.

Hello, if you have diabetes mellitus and on treatment then it is essential to bring blood sugar fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg/100ml and hba1c%<6.8. Otherwise all the chronic complications diabetes can slowly set in. Your weight is also more with a bmi of 26.51 kgs/m2. There needs to be a up-gradation of medical treatment, plus better diet control and exercise schedule.

I am having cold regularly every week. I don't know what to do. It's too irritating. Please suggest me something.

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -get plenty of rest/sleep. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -drink plenty of fluids (veg/tomato soups, dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food (like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -treatment: a cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -do steam inhalation once or twice daily.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

take meftal spas if pain abd, tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

You have developed allergy to certain ingredients of de odorant. Try using less sensitive deodorant like nivea or ayurvedic deodorant.

Dear, These are Causes of lack of sleep : • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol , caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs , Due to high blood pressure . • Aging Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue . So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily .

This habit can affect daily life when person is addicted to this act and can over exert mind and body and also can cause extra genital organ trauma/ infection better to concentrate in some extracurricular activities like music/sports/ yoga/ meditation etc.

I am 29 years old. I am suffering from improper breathing problems. I tend to hold breath unconsciously. I also experience poor posture and anxiety stress. My body is imbalanced especially while driving. This problem exists from childhood and I ignored it fr long time. My bone xray were normal as said by ortho. Any advice.

This anxiety stress that you mention is related to fear. If you deal with the fear, even your body skewing will get rectified with some help with physical exercises. Since this has been there from childhood, talk to your parents to identify what fearful situation you may have experienced inadvertently. Armed with that information do meet up with a counselor and take care of that for gradual relief.

• Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give u a buzz right away .But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. • Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food.
