Hi Thanks for your query and Welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Actually pain at calf/Leg region can be due to many reasons , commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to Tendons, Nerves, Blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be : - Ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - Take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - Stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - Intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - Slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - We will get some blood tests for you - Serum Vitamin D and serum Potassium levels, ESR and CRP Once you have all these reports then you can contact me as i can advise you for proper supplementation Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Avoid long sitting and toward bending sit straight and maintain your posture. Heat fermentation and extension exercise if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Hello take Rhus tox 30 ch ,3 drops twice daily and ruta 30 ch , 3 drops once daily. Do not sit for long continuous hours , take break after every 1 hour. Revert me after 7 days.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Low back pain associated with leg pain is sign of some involvement of nerve root involvement commonly known as sciatica. Pain can be associated with tingling sensation in limbs at young age pain mostly gets relieved with medicines and exercises. Get an x ray of lumbosacral spine and show meanwhile take rest and avoid lifting weights.

I am 25 years male. When I am in 20 years I suffered for back pain. But in exray report no spot was found. Then I go to cuttuck for helping Dr. Sanatan rath (nuro surgen. Then I was feeling better. After one year abdomain pain happened. But it was one or two times in one month. Then I went to gastroentrologist. I did lft, endoscopy, usg, blood and urine test. But there was no problem. I am taking medicine due to three years. But I am not fullfill cure. Now the pain is very complex. Symtoms are full abdomain pain, chest pain, back pain, tiredness, weakness, head rounding. Now again back bone problem in found, full body pain in happened. What can I do?

Please take following medicines:- leop. Bane 30 / 5 drops in one teaspoon of water three times a day for one week. Ruta 30 / 5 drops in one teaspoon of water three times a day for one week. Keep a 10 to 15 minutes gap in between these medicines. Revert back after one week with feedback.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dengue has four different strains. So if you get infected by one strain type then the possibility is that you can get affected again by a different strain. However this time around the dengue outbreak is not as worse as compared to last year. Plain viral fever is on the rise and mimics symptoms of dengue. Get yourself tested properly to rule out all possibilities. Take plenty of fluids.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

At this age vito. D deficiency is very uncommon. Investigate for arthritis by blood test (arthritis panel) & take good sleep at least 7 hrs. Do more physical activity by jogging in the morning &yoga.

Dear lybrate user, physiotherapists will teach you few exercises just to strengthen your muscles around the knee joint thus to improve its stability. Charges depends upon the therapists just find out who is best near your place. Important thing is you should wear a hinged knee cap to support your knee.

Period tym me mujhe hmesa joint pain. Hand n legs pain ki sikayat hoti h. Saath hi kamar aur hips me v bht dard rehta h, me bht pareshaan ho jaati hu. Mera kal night se period start hua h, aur aaj mere haath -paaw me bht dard tha. Especially left hand n leg me. Aur aaj me kisi jruri kaam se mrkt chali gyi thi isi situation me, mujhe bich-bich me bht joro ka dard v uth rha tha pet me. And kamar bhi bht joro ka dard de rha tha khade-khade. Kaafi derr baad achanak se mujhe chakkar sa aane lga, sambhalne ka bht kosis kiya mene. Chair pr v baith gyi sar pakad kr apne. Pr mere aankh k saamne sb ghum rha tha, n aankh bhaari lgne lga tha, fir bht muskil se mujhe pakad kr ek shop pr baithaya gya, aur paani pilaaya gya, phir mene head down kr liya thode derr k liye, n fan k hawa k niche thoda relax lga, uske baad mujhe nimbu -paani pilaaya gya dhire-dhire, tb ja kr me bht derr baad relax ho payi. Pr 1 ghante baad v me chal paane me utna comfortable nhi hui thi. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Mam, you could be having weakening of bones and low vitamin d levels. So get the following blood tests fasting- vitamin d3, uric acid, calcium, phosphorous, alkaline phosphatase along with x ray pelvis with both his ap view and bone densitometry 3 sites which is a scan to detect bone weakening. Revert back with reports.
