mild pain in lower abdomen is due to pressure on abdominal part.so,don't worry about that.but if pain is severe then visit to doctor for proper management.

Hi This is for my wife. She suffers from itching at vaginal area as if it is dry most of the times. When we have inter course, her outer area of vagina turns red and keep on paining for next 2 3 days. Because of which regular intercourse is not possible. I use condom and parachute coconut oil as lubricant. I need advice if this is real problem or not. What are ways to tackle this. Regards Rattan.

There is a chance she may have an allergy to coconut oil. Also using a condom and oil is not advised since oils weaken the condom and the is a greater chance of failure. Preferably use a water based lubricant like ky jelly.

Include food which are rich in iron in your regular meals. Such foods include: dark green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery, raisins, nuts, legumes, pulses, etc. Increase your intake of vitamin C rich foods such as berries, sweet lime, orange, etc. Vitamin C help is increasing absorption rate of iron in body.

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

If you're getting so wet that your partner's penis slips out of you, or if you're not feeling enough friction during sex, have him wear a condom. If he already does use rubbers, suggest a textured one to increase sensation. Since hes a long term partner if he does not wear condoms and does not want to I suggest keeping a towel under you and then just wiping off some of the wetness to help make more sensation for you. You should make an appointment with your doctor just to make sure everything is physically okay.

Keep your thyroid levels normal. Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take soybean chunks twice a week in vegetables. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg, eggs if thyroid levels are normal there will be no risk.

Firstly monitor her diabetes fasting and PP 2 days. I think her sugar is not controlled. Visit ur consultant for dosage adjustement. B/w try the remedies: 1. Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat bread/pasta and brown rice. 2.Cheese and yogurt prepared with skimmed (nonfat) milk may be taken. 3.Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. 4.Make a flour mixture of 1 part barley, 1 part black chickpeas, and 4 parts whole-wheat flour and use this to form pancakes and bread. 5.Avoid sweet, sour, and salty foods, potatoes, sweet potatoes, colocasia (taro), yams, fresh grains and pulses (legumes), whole yogurt (high in fat), and heavy, oily and spicy foods. 6.Avoid sweet fruits like pineapple, grapes, mangoes, etc. 7.Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. 8.Avoid sleeping during daytime

Menopause - How It Affects Your Body?

Menopause is characterized as the absence of menstrual periods for 12 months. It is the time in a woman’s life when the ovaries stop functioning. The periods then stop forever. The normal period of menopause is 51 years of age, however, menopause may happen as ahead of schedule i.e. as early as 30s or as late as the 60s. There is no solid lab test to determine when a lady will encounter menopause. Here are a few ways in which menopause affects a woman’s body:

  1. Skin: Consequences of menopause include dryness, loss of flexibility, thinning of the skin and expanded wrinkling. These symptoms result in poor recovery from injuries, hair loss and pigmentary changes. Unwanted hair growth and acne may likewise happen. Wrinkling is caused by excessive smoking and sun exposure. One should stay away from smoking and sun exposure.
  2. Hair: Hormonal changes incorporate hirsutism (undesirable facial hair) or alopecia. Most ordinarily noted is the loss of scalp hair. Lower leg, pubic and axillary hair loss may also take place. Hirsutism is commonly noted on the face. Oral Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) may control facial hair in a few ladies. Medicines for expanded facial hair incorporate suing depilatory creams, delicate techniques for hair removal, laser treatment andante-testosterone medicines. middle week is fertile and rupture of follicles according to books is on 14 th day about how many times? the old school of thought believed in avoiding Intercourse prior to ovulation periods so that quality of sperms is better some doctors do not believe in it. I leave it to you to decide
