Humans loose 100-200 hairs a day, we shed them just like other mammals. When shedding occurs the hair's bulb is detached from the follicle and falls out. But often the weight and pressure from the surrounding hairs actually keep the shed hairs in place until you pull on them. This is why people notice the most hair loss in the shower nd combing , when the pressure is removed and those hairs are allowed to fall. You do not have a problem unless you start seeing actual bald spots or massive general thinning. Hairs fall and regrow at regular intervals and this process goes on .

Dear Lybrate User, Lactose intolerance is described in Ayurveda as a "Mrudu kostha" so in that conditions milk not digested easily- Abdominal Pain, Flatulation, Burpin, Diarrhea are symptoms. In this condition drink Indian breed Cow milk only with added 1tsp sunthi powder during boiling.

White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like thyroid or anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction or zero production of melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reason of grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible, but you can always control further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen in your body and hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Put protein rich hair packs made of egg. If you want to stay chemical free than you can try some natural conditioners like thyme, rosemary tea, chamomile tea or sage tea to rinse your hair post hair wash. Start a good hair regimen by selecting right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products. Make a visit to your nearest dermatologist soon to get head turning hair.

Medications are available with paracetamol and ibuprofen combination which can be used in case of fever...first preference is usually only paracetamol.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed. You need to take mass gaining foods. You may drink supplement also.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must consult and take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

.My age is 59 years recently my right testicle is swelled. Actually what happened is I had motor bike one day my bike did not start so I pressed the kick rod forcibly 8 to 10 times. Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Hi lybrate-user. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Cap trichup, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. Tips:- 1. Wash hair regularly with lukewarm to cold water to keep the scalp clean and healthy 2. Avoid combing hair when wet since it is prone to breakage at such time.

Hi, your hair loss can be due to two causes....deficiency of vitamins or due a hormonal imbalance called PCOS. In PCOS hair loss happens due to increased levels of androgens. Please see your doctor. I am sure she will completely evaluate you and advice .

Measure your temperature and tell me reading tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever the most common symptoms of dengue fever are: 1. High fever 2. Severe headache 3. Pain behind the eyes 4. Nausea and vomiting 5. Swollen lymph node 6. Muscle and joint pain 7. Exhaustion 8. Skin rash further treatment can be done after physical examination.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal.
