You need complete evaluation Tell me 1.Do you have eye pain/ strain 2. Any ENT problem like cough/ cold/ blocked nose? 3.Stress/ anxiety 4.Are you taking sleep properly? Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid intake of pitta-aggravating foods like hot, penetrating, or excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods. Increase intake of foods that are sweet and have a cooling effect on the body, like milk, butter, purified butter, almonds, raisins, black gram, licorice and asparagus.

Dear user. PENILE PAIN could be due to Infections or inflammation of the bladder or prostate can also result in penile pain. Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and Peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes. Sickle cell anemia may cause priapism due to blockages of small blood vessels in the penis. I suggest you to consult a doctor for physical investigation. Take care.

High sugar can damage heart nerves kidney eyes etc. Low sugar can cause convulsions and loss of consciousness. Keep sugar under proper control.

- Dear Lybrateuser, - For a healthy heart follow a healthy lifestyle, have a balanced diet with more of fibrous foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, low fat dairy, non veg, seafood, skinless chicken, a handful of nuts - avoid fried, spicy, processed, junk food, limit tea, coffee intake, avoid foods with saturated & trans fats, avoid alcohol & tobacco if you take - do regular exercise for 30 min, also can do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 min in the morning - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - destress by reading, listening to music, follow a hobby, play games, socialize with friends - get regular BP, blood sugar, cholesterol done - to keep cholesterol under check follow the same measures as mentioned earlier.
