I' m 20 year old boy. I used to get back pain and gas trouble if I even take a small amount of food containing gas. I don' t drink cool drinks. Is it the reason for underweight I' m only 45 kg but 170 cm tall. Give idea to increase weight and gas trouble problems.

hi dear -in my opinion - if it is necessary to remove glands- let it be removed , so that to save other body parts from immediate spreading. -however -after the operation again medicine course is needed to protect the body. then u can take cancero medicine course--6 months it will save her life.

Mild alteration in lifestyle and diet can help u deal with this problem. Eat healthy and fresh diet .Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food and processed foods. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Digestive enzymes containing medicines might be helpful to you. Hope this helps u .

It seems you are suffering from nerve compression. Whenever a back nerve compresses or impinge it creates pain over its nerve root. After looking to your pain I am recommending you something: Precautions: 1. Avoid forward bending, if required then bend your knees first and then bend forward. 2. Avoid weight lifting. 3. Sit in chairs or car seats with proper back support. 4. Place pillow under your legs while sleeping or can opt sidelying position for sleep. 5. Get enough vit d from sun as vit d keep bones strong including spine and other bones. 6. Drink plenty of water to enhance the intervertebral disks. 7. Avoid prolonged standing. 8. Change your sitting position every 15 minutes so that it does not pain. If possible visit some neuro-physio who can give you several modalities like SWD, IFT, traction etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of sciatica that is Butler’s mobilisation and Mckenzie exercises which a physio gives with the proper technique to get cure from disease. I understand your pain so I am suggesting you the following treatment that you can take at home and can get some relief from pain and discomfort. Treatment: 1. Use of Cold packs- Sometimes piriformis muscle gets tight which cause impingement of sciatic nerve leading to tingling and numbness sensation down into the leg. So ice massage can be given over the area of piriformis muscle or the entire back for 15 min. Once done with cold therapy take rest for 2-3 min to relax the muscles. 2. Since the pain is radiating you can do some below mentioned exercises which will give you immediate relief from pain if done correctly. A) Lie on bed on your stomach gently push up with your arms, resting on your forearms. Hold for 5 secs. Now slightly stretch your back muscles and count till 10 and relax. You might feel a slight pain initially but do not worry. Repeat it 15 times. B) Now that pain must have gone. And now you can push up onto your hands fully. Slowly lower down back to floor. Perform this atleast 15 times. Again a slight pain will be there initially. Once you will complete this exercise program your pain will be relieved right away. If pain is severe while doing the exercise then stop doing the exercise and immediately consult some physio to take care further. Other exercises that can be done in sciatica pain are: 1. Straight leg raising 2. Knee to chest. 3. Hamstring stretch. 4. Back extensors stretches and strengthening. 5. Gluteal stretch. All the above can be done for 10-15 times with the hold (stretch) time of 5 -6 secs Make sure to perform the exercises correctly which will give you relief from your pain and strengthen your muscles. Your leg pain and shoulder pain---* walking regularly at slow pace and gentle movement of your shoulder without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good. Coconut oil will be soothing in summer. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. DEAR……….. Shoulder pain Physiotherapy uses a number of different physical methods to promote healing. Possible treatments include: • specific shoulder exercises – for example, if you have shoulder instability, you may be given exercises to strengthen your shoulder • massage – where the physiotherapist uses their hands to manipulate your shoulder Read more about some of the different techniques used inphysiotherapy. Shoulder exercises If you have shoulder pain, it's important to keep your shoulder joint mobile with light and gentle movement. Not using your shoulder can cause your muscles to waste away and may make any stiffness worse. Therefore, if possible, you should continue using your shoulder as normal. If your shoulder is very stiff, exercise may be painful. Your GP or physiotherapist can give you exercises to do without further damaging your shoulder. You may be given exercises to do on your own, or you may complete the exercises with supervision from your GP or physiotherapist. You may also have manual therapy, where the healthcare professional moves your arm for you. Manual therapy uses special techniques to move the joints and soft tissues in your shoulder. One review of a number of studies found that long-term physiotherapy was as effective as surgery for impingement syndrome (any type of damage to the tendons in the rotator cuff). You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 10 gm of jiggery after meals. B) take 2 tablets of vaatgajankush rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with 1 tsf of honey…. C) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.

push up is a good exercise. no problem. please make sure your hand is placed exactly below your shoulder joint, your whole body is flat(your bump should not be lifted), take your face vertically down toward floor in between hands. do follow some warm up and cool down exercise for your shoulder. best of luck
