Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. As I see you are on multiple drugs to control blood glucose, still the control is not good, means either the dosage is inadequate or food itake is not properly adjusted. Victosa (liraglutide) is a good option as it will also help in reducing weight. You may also look at taking SGLT -2 Inhibitors as the option as these compounds reduce blood glucose and also help in weight reduction. Plus are oral compounds. Thanks.

It could be due to migraine. Follow the advice given below 1. Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination

Mr. Lybrate-user, if triglyceride level comes to normal you can stop fenofibrate. Statin may be continued. Looking at height and weight it is clear that you are over weight with a bmi of 29.43 kgs/m2, very close to being classified as grade 1 obesity. This has to be reduced considerably. (normal bmi <23 kgs/m2). Your ideal body weight has to be around 47 kgs. Weight reduction will help in bringing down triglycerides to normal. You have not mentioned about current sugar levels and hba1c%. Ideally fasting should be closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7, to say good blood sugar control is there. Thanks.
