It is frequently due to vitamin and calcium deficiency. Sometimes it may also be due to improper blood circulation in your leg. Take vitamin supplements, fresh fruits, plenty of water daily. Consult an orthopedic surgeon if your condition does not improve.

Hello sir, Apply hot water fementation 3-4 times daily. Do Mild calf muscle stretch exercises. Do ankle pumping movement. Avoid long time standing, walking. If your over weight try to reduce it.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.
