The banana is increasing height. Being a rich source of minerals like potassium, manganese and calcium and healthy probiotic bacteria, bananas help in boosting height in various ways. Your blood sugar is high. You need medication after consulting doctor. Go for regular exercise, weight reduction, diet restriction. Avoid sweet and carbohydrates.

Hello, your work is mostly sitting for 8 hrs, that's why you are gaining weight. Change your lifestyle. Your physical activity is low. Increase your physical activity. Do regular physical exercise or walk daily about 45- 60 min as per physician advise. In the diet always eat balance diet. Diet should be low in fat. No saturated & trans fatty acids to be included in the diet. Fried foods should be avoided. Junk foods like pizzas, chips & french fries should be strictly avoided. The diet should be low in sugar. If you are non vegetarian the diet should be- red meat should be avoided. Fatty portion of chicken should be discard. Restrict use of egg yolk (egg yolk contains cholesterol) & egg based dishes eg. Mayonnaise. Animal foods like meat and pork which contain high amount of saturated fat should be avoided. Inclusion of fish in the diet is beneficial as they contains w-6 fatty acid. The diet should rich in fibre. Heavy meals should be avoided. Eat small & frequent meals.

It will.give results till you use it.. after stopping it the pimples will come back.. So either you can continue it or take Homoeopathic treatment to cure the pimples permanently.

Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal. Increase portion sizes, but if you have a light appetite, add calories to the food you do eat. Sprinkle nuts over your morning cereal; toss avocado in salads and spread into sandwiches; stir pasta with olive oil before adding sauce; and choose starchy, rather than leafy, vegetables, as side dishes. An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.

Hi Vinay, Acne is common at the age of 21 yrs because of puberty and hormonal spurts. Severe pimples need some tablets also but for that I will need some more details about you. Till then you can apply Zyclin Nano gel on the pimples in morning and Calosoft lotion to be applied on the entire face at night.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Early morning: 1. Milk (add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder)(1 glass)+banana (2)+soaked almonds (6 -7 pis) breakfast: vegetable stuffed paratha (2), curd (1 cup, or masala dosa (2), sambar (2 cups), chutney (1 spoon, or mung dal chilla (pan cake) with paneer stuffing (2), mid morning: 1. Groundnut chikki / dry fruit chikki (3 -4 pcs), 2. Roasted soyabean / almonds (handful) 3. Lassi (1 glass). Lunch: 1. Sprout salad (1 cup). 2. Chapati 2 (medium with ghee) 3. Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottlegourd/ ridgegourd/ brinjal etc) 2 cups. 4. Dal / legumes (soyabean / moth/ mung etc) 1 cup5. Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) 1 cupevening tea / coffee1 cup cookies4mid evening groundnut chikki / dryfruit chikki3-4 pcsroasted soyabean / almondshand full dinner same as lunchlate night milk (add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) 1 glass banana2+ soaked almonds10 gm (6-7 pcs) you must take 3000 kcl in diet in order to gain weight, and this plan will comprise that much, follow it strickly and get a good result.
