Though alopathy offers a range of solutions for our day to day problems, still trying Ayurvedic remedies is a better idea at times. A full bodied penis is one of the most important elements that helps in having a more than satisfactory sexual encounter or experience. Not having a penis that is of the desired size can actually hamper your relationship and lead to a variety of problems in bed, thus giving rise to a number of related ailments and even a lack of interest in sex. Penis enlargement doesn't mean it will increase the size to manifold, but girth, thickness, little elongation, strengthening, straightening is achieved by oil (not simple, but Classic Ayurveda Taila only). Massage by dilation of vessels and filling well of cavernosa, spongiosa etc in penis musculature.

Oil Massages: When Sanda Oil is rubbed on penis it is absorbed into the blood stream and increases the blood circulation and expand the interior cavity of the penis. As a result it causes your erectile chamber (corpora cavernosa) to expand. Sanda oil is not available in its pure form and simple branding of this name is not useful. Sanda is a wild reptile, which was boiled in ancient times and fats taken out to make Sanda oil. This is not possible now-a-days. Instead various 'Tailas' (penis massage oils) prepared by valuable herbs and vegetable oils, such as Seasame oil should be used. Taila using Mall (purified arsenic) and egg are also effective. Preparation and use should be as per instructions on classic Ayurveda. Taila is selected as per history, present condition and duration of pt. specific problem, by Ayurveda doctor.

Herbs: Ashwagadha and Sitopiladi can help in rejuvenating the tissues that are present in this part of the body so that there is better growth of the penis. Also, one can use a concoction that consists of cistanche, which has powerful antioxidants, as well as Cuscuta which helps in the production of precious nitric oxide for the overall development of the organ. This concoction can also contain deer antler which blocks the action of shrinkage due to aging and increases the testosterone and HGH levels in the body for better organ growth, as well as ginseng, which can help in bringing about better blood circulation. With the help of these herbs and the concoctions available with these elements, one will see a gradual increase in the size of the penis.

Medicines: The various medicines available also include vitamins and essential nutrients that come together with the herbs to create better muscle growth for the penis to grow larger.

How Bladder Tumor Can Be Treated?

The bladder is a hollow storage organ that collects urine from the kidneys and stores it until it can be passed out of the body through the urethra during the process of micturition or urination. It has a thin inner lining of cells called urothelial cells and a thick muscular wall, which exerts pressure to push the urine out of the body.

Causes of Bladder Tumors

In most cases, the bladder tumor develops on the inner layer due to a combination of some of the following factors.

1. Hereditary: A strong family history of cancer predisposes a person to cancer.
2. Gender: Men are 3 times more prone for bladder cancer than women.
3. Ethnicity: White people are more prone for bladder cancer black people.
4. Smoking: Smokers develop bladder cancer 2-6 times more frequently than non-smokers. cigarettes contain toxic, carcinogenic substances which reach the kidney and are stored in the bladder, leading to their damage.
5. Occupational hazards: Some workplaces have a higher likelihood of causing bladder cancers, especially dye and rubber industries. The effects can be damaging, and the person may develop cancers years after the exposure has happened.
6. Recurrent bladder infections: In some people, this can also lead to bladder cancer in the long run.

Types of Bladder Tumor

Depending on the extent of the cancerous spread, it can be of two types:

1. Non-muscle-invasive bladder tumors: The tumor spread is limited to the inner part of the bladder (urothelial cells)
2. Muscle-invasive bladder tumor: The tumor has spread to the thick muscular outer layer. This is more advanced and prognosis is poor compared to the noninvasive type.

The most common and diagnostic symptom of bladder cancer is the presence of blood in the urine, known as hematuria. This will be intermittent and happens whenever the tumor bleeding happens. Other symptoms include pain in the lower abdomen and frequent urination.

Diagnosis

From the most noninvasive to the most invasive diagnostic test, these include:

1. Urine microscopy to detect cancer cells in the urine
2. Cystoscopy A tube inserted into the urethra to look into the inner wall of the bladder is highly diagnostic
3. Ultrasound, CT Scan, and biopsy can also be further used to identify severity of the tumor.

Treatment

Once the tumor is diagnosed, treatment would depend on the severity of the tumor. For both invasive and noninvasive tumors, definitive therapy is surgery, known as transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TURBT). The cancerous bladder tissue is removed through a cystoscope as done for diagnosis. The bladder is then flushed with chemotherapy agent to kill any residual cancer cells in the bladder. This is then followed by BCG vaccine, which is again done 1 to 4 weeks for several months to avoid recurrence. In some cases, radiotherapy may also be included.

Bladder cancer BCG vaccination is once in a week for 6 weeks. Surgical removal of bladder is the best available treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. 1. People then pass the gas either by burping or flatulence through the rectum. At times, though, people suffer from excess gas that can be painful and embarrassing. Understanding how to reduce excess gas can help your stomach feel normal. Keep reading to learn how to prevent excess gas.

Identify foods that give you excess gas. You may already know what foods cause you to have excess gas, but if not, start keeping a journal of the foods you eat to determine what foods seem to be causing your excess gas.
Once you have determined what foods are causing your excess gas, limit your consumption of those foods or avoid them entirely. Some of the most common gas producing foods include
Vegetables such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower.
Beans and other legumes.
Fruits such as peaches, pears, and raw apples.
Whole wheat products and wheat bran.
Eggs.
Carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, beer, and red wine.
Fried and fatty foods.
Sugar and sugar substitutes.
Milk and other dairy products.

It could be due to malaria/typhoid 1. Do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me, x ray chest after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 3. This is most probably a life style disorder. Mostly because of lack of physical exertion. Make some changes to that especially not taking heavy meals at a time. Take at least 10-15 mins walk after the larger meals. Avoid eating high calorie food. Do some regular exercises in the morning. If these things does not relieve your ailment then consult for proper treatment.

1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension.
