Following tips can be useful for u- # always eat less than your appetite. Leave eating before satire. If you are eating one or two plateful than reduce it to three fourth. # take small frequent meals. # drink water natural fruit juice buttermilk thin without adding sugar or salt. # don't take afternoon nap. # warm water with pinch of cinnamon powder half lemon when taken every morning increases your metabolism # avoid food material in white colour like salt sugar refined flour - maida, butter and other milk products also bakery items. # do exercise at least for 45 mins daily # avoid roti in all forms. Reduce it 1 -1 thin roti in lunch and dinner with plenty of raw vegetables fruits and liquids. Follow these for weight loss and to increase height do pull ups for 20 times every morning. Drink milk daily.

I moved from china (-20c) to chennai (35c) in January. I was eating mostly hotel food and noticed after few days blood in my stool. Again after 3 months in April, then many times from July. Sometimes when t happens, the western pot water is pinkish in color and only once it was dark red. I have taken photograph but is too disgusting to share. My friends say can be piles. I need to get it checked and addressed as I am planning to start family.

You may be having internal piles so you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs. There is no problem in starting family.

Right now you are overweight by about 8 Kgs. So you need not worry about weight loss. Just ensure that you eat proper healthy food daily. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 9. Take deworming tablets every six month. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hello lybrate-user it's good to prevent further hair fall so improve the diet take more proteins, add sprouts, eggs, milk, ,massage your scalp with coconut oil mixed with amla, almond oil n use a mild shampoo for head bath. Sandesh it's difficult to say about regrowth of hair but it's easy to maintain n to prevent further hair fall.

Lower Body Lift - Facts You Never Heard of!

A Lower Body Lift is also called a belt lipectomy, is an increasingly popular type of surgery. The aim of this surgery is to eliminate or improve excessive or sagging of thigh and buttock skin from the area. This surgery is mostly opted to enhance the physical appearance and is becoming increasingly popular these days.

Causes to undergo Lower Body Lift:

  1. A Lower body lift may be undergone when, due to extreme weight loss or advanced age, the skin in the buttocks, thighs and abdomen becomes loose and appears to be sagging 
  2. Apart from loosening the skin, weight loss can also make the buttocks & thighs and abdomen look deformed or de-shaped. In that case, a Lower Body Lift helps the patient correct the area.

Lower body lift are most likely to be successful when

  1. The layers of fat beneath the skin of the patient are relatively thin. 
  2. The patient does not smoke, as smoking slows down the healing process and also increases the risk of post surgery complications. 
  3. The patient's weight does not fluctuate a lot. He or she must have stable weight for at least a year before the surgery. 
  4. The overall health of the patient is good, and he or she does not suffer from chronic medical conditions.

How is the surgery performed? 

  1. Depending on the body type and other condition of the patient, the doctors make a circumferential incision at the waist or slightly below that area. 
  2. After that, the excess fat or skin is removed from the soft tissue that is present there. Following this, the skin is closed up in layers and tightened.

Things to keep in mind before the surgery:

  1. It may take a few months to recover fully, post surgery
  2. Weight gain or loss in the future may affect the results of the surgery

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Hi lybrate-user, to reduce your tummy you have to control your diet strictly. Avoid fried, fatty and sweet, junk foods/drinks, and alcohol. Take adequate green vegetables, one fresh fruit everyday in your diet. Along with you have to do regular physical exercise of 30 mints. By changing your lifestyle you can surely reduce your fatty tummy.

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of.

Hi, do regular exercise, 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals.

Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash and gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. If there is swelling in a particular tooth then kindly get an x-ray done of that tooth where there is swelling. May be there is infection and you may have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

you may be having migraine headeche which is intense throbbing pain in one sides or both sides of head associated with nausea vomiting and sensitive to light and sounds and flashing o T light due to stress and strain, anxiety neurosis change of lifestyle and have pain killer. and avoid stress and strainalso get your eye tested for error of vision.the same may be due to eye refraction.
