Doxycycline is an oral antibiotic which along with other medicines, is frequently used as an acne medication. When taken properly, this medication will target and kills the acne-causing bacteria in your pores, while also minimizing any inflammation of the skin. Doxycycline is typically only used for moderate to severe acne, and is almost always combined with topical retinoids or benzoyl peroxide. Doxycycline, as with all antibiotics, should not be taken for extended periods of time, as the acne-causing bacteria can build up a resistance to the treatment. Doxycycline is a prescription medication, which can only be obtained through a physician. If you visit a dermatologist, they will diagnose your condition and provide you with a personalized treatment plan, which almost always includes a prescription medication.

Hi… A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day B) take 30 ml of RUBYCLIN liquid before meals C) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals D) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night prior to sleep Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

after delivery your main focus should be on baby's feeding don't worry about weigh loss you will gradually loose extra weight as your baby grows.take moong dal , daliya to get fiber which helps in weight loss.

Whenever I do scaling so much blood comes out. Even after doing that my problem is not solved as I get blood every now and then. While brushing or when I bite something from front tooth blood comes out or whenever I give pressure over my teeth blood comes. Please help.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello lybrate-user Gray hairs can be due to many reasons such as nutritional deficiencies ,hereditary, stress,excessive intake of junk food ,excessive use of hair styling products such as hair gels n hair spray etc. U cn start, Cap Bitozed forte ,once a day after food for 3 months. Tab ener c 1000 mg ,dissolvable tab early morning empty stomach for 3 months. Cut dwn junk food, improve your protein intake, include green leafy veggies n fresh fruits in your diet, drink 2-3 lit of water daily ,45 min exercise is mst daily. Thanx.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET esp. rich in Iron 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 8.Sources of Iron: (a). Vegetables: Spinach, Dark green leafy vegetables, Lentils(Daal). (b) Fruits: Avocados(Makhanphal), Peach(Adau), Pear(Nashpati), Pumpkin(Kaddu), Raisin(Kishmish), Pomegranate(Anaar). Food: Eggs, Fish, Meat, Cereals, Almonds(Badam), Whole wheat bread, Soybean. 8. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Bluetooth Technologies emit the same microwave radiation as the cell phones and pose similar health problems. So there is no such positive effect.

For scar do this =squeeze the lemons to take out the fresh juice in a bowl. Add the honey to this lemon juice and mix well. Dip the cotton ball in this mixture. Now apply this mixture on your cotton ball to whole of your face or the area where you have acne scars. Leave for about 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water and pat dry. For 10 days after 10 days revert me for further treatment.

A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 30 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach b) eat 10 gm of ajova seeds along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals. C) do regularly vajrasana, sinhasan and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes.

OK do hot fomentations and stretch ur neck muscle with shoulder. avoid toward bending and lifting weight. isometric exercise in regular . tk calcium supplements.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
