I have very low sex time hardly 1 min. I am pure vegetarian means no egg no drink no smoking. My height is 5.6 and weight is 82 kg, I have 40% disability in my left leg. Please help me how I can increase my sex time.

Sexologist, Mumbai
Have lot of foreplay .Do not hurry for penetration. Hugging. Kissing.oral sex. Are the different ways of enhancing pleasure. Have penetration as last option. You can masturbate before you meet your partner, as getting excited faster may be the commonest reason. Disability has nothing to do with pleasure and sex.

Dear Lybrate user, It is difficult to answer your question in this forum. PCOS requires a detailed study and frequent follow up. Ovaa shield helps to get pregnant. However, the answer is not that straight forward. Many other parameters have to be taken into consideration. One cannot predict regarding how many days it will take to get pregnant.

Generalised itching could be because of dryness of skin or allergy. Start using liberally and frequently (daily 2-3 times) mositurizers all over the body. Apply coconut oil, before bath and bathe with mild soap or body wash. If the istching is due to dryness, this will help to relieve you or else please consult your Dermatologist.

I have so much cough and due to it I suffer from badly head ache. What can I do? Please help me.
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold?they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You?re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don?t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn?t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: ? get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold ? staying at home will keep you from spreading germs ? drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation ? Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. ? Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. ? Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don?t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don?t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Staying longer in sex is possible in two ways: 1. Through medical treatment 2. Natural methods. The first consists of oral medication and may be accompanied by mild and tolerable drug-related side effects. There are ointments and sprays for external application on the penis to help stay longer in sex. They are relatively safe, but it depends on the ingredients. Both work only as long as they are used. Natural methods of ejaculatory control, on the other hand, help you to understand what exactly is causing and triggering ejaculation and then teach techniques to control ejaculation. These methods are totally safe but longer to learn. Once learnt they could give a lifelong benefit.

Sir I am suffering from gas problem ?please give me a good suggestion to get reid of it.
Gastritis/ gastric (stomach) problem are very common problem, and are related to lifestyle and dietary habits. Therefore, in this case, modification of your food habits will have greater role in relieving your problem. Each of advice of doctor important than any medicines you are taking. 1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods/ excessive tea & coffee. 2. It is better to avoid / moderate smoking and alcohol for rapid and long term relief. Tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol are important causes of gastritis / stomach problems. 3. Eat homemade food. Include more fibres in your diet (plenty of salads, vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread etc.). 4. Eat frequent meals. 5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 6. Take a light and early dinner. 7. Try to keep yourself active. Exercise, do brisk walk, take a break between works and stretch yourself in between. Medication - 1. Take Digene 2 teaspoonful whenever feel discomfort but not more than 3 times a day. 2. Tablet Pentaprazole 40 mg one hour before food once a day for 5 days. Consult If symptoms persist ***Get Well Soon*** “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”

Please describe what kind of Gastrointestinal problem you have. If you have problems of heartburn, pain in upper part of abdomen, regurgitation of food then get an Ultrasound done. If that is normal then you should get an Upper GI endoscopy done since you may have Peptic ulcers or gastritis or GERD. Please avoid taking Omeprazole/Pantoprazole for a long time as this might create other problems. If you have symptoms of flatulence, loose motion or Constipation then should consider the possibility of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) You should avoid excessive Tea/Coffee, high Sugary diet, spicy/Oily food. Start taking small frequent meals and take Curd based products and avoid taking milk products.
