I have uncircumcised penis and want to turn it into circumcised penis what I have to do.

Stretching exercises, when erect just pull it back as far as it will go and hold for 5 mins. Do this a few times daily. In the shower helps, and you should see results within days/weeks. Could also try, if its possible to pull back a bit, pull it back, grab the glans (top cap of penis) with two fingers and roll the foreskin up over the two fingers as far as it will go (when the ring of skin turns white). Hold it there for 5 mins. Lubricant helps with this. It's fairly common, and this should help. Also try rubbing vitamin e (add few drops of olive oil) around the top and inside the foreskin, which may help elasticate it. If it's more serious, you may need a preputialplasty (alternative to circumcision but with no loss of looks, senstivity or anything, and is less painful with a fast recovery rate. With a preputialplasty: they make a small incision vertically then horizontally in your foreskin, and stitch it up to have more space for your glans to appear without a total circumcision-------------------. But try to solve your problem with exercise for 5 minutes daily-------------i think it will be ok.

My blood pressure everyday low. So pls tell me sir what can I do. Waiting your answer.

Depending on the reason for your low blood pressure, you may be able to take certain steps to help reduce or even prevent symptoms. Some suggestions include: Drink more water, less alcohol.  Alcohol is dehydrating and can lower blood pressure, even if you drink in moderation. Water, on the other hand, combats dehydration and increases blood volume. Follow a healthy diet.  Get all the nutrients you need for good health by focusing on a variety of foods, including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean chicken and fish. If your doctor suggests using more salt but you don't like a lot of salt on your food, try using natural soy sauce or adding dry soup mixes to dips and dressings. Go slowly when changing body positions.  You may be able to reduce the dizziness and lightheadedness that occur with low blood pressure on standing by taking it easy when you move from a prone to a standing position. Before getting out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing. Sleeping with the head of your bed slightly elevated also can help fight the effects of gravity. If you begin to get symptoms while standing, cross your thighs in a scissors fashion and squeeze, or put one foot on a ledge or chair and lean as far forward as possible. These maneuvers encourage blood to flow from your legs to your heart. Eat small, low-carb meals.  To help prevent blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals, eat small portions several times a day and limit high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Your doctor also may recommend drinking caffeinated coffee or tea with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure. But because caffeine can cause other problems, check with your doctor before drinking more caffeinated beverages.

I am 28 year old male and my problem is related to erectile dysfunction. Whenever I start intercourse after penetration I last only for second. I ejaculate very quickly. If you want medicine for immediate effect, you can have it. But it will not work in long run. What is needed for long term relief is treatment of the underlying disease. Otherwise, no drug will ultimately help you.

Hello, I'm 22 years old. When I eat something then itching and rashes are coming out from my body. When I take allergy medicine, then itching and rashes are not shown for 2 days and also I have 3 or 4 red spot on my face, hand and chest. So I want to know is it the symptoms of blood cancer?

1. It is due to allergy to some type of food. You have to observe yourself which type of food is causing allergy, so that you can avoid it 2. Do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.

I have a sever itching in scrotum skin. Itching is very sever. I am suffering this problem for the past 9 years .for every 2 years this itching will effect for 1 or 2 weeks. The skin under scrotum will come closer and get hard .can you please suggest the solution.

Hello- itching of scrotum from this long might be due to skin infection. Wear clean briefs and that too not very tight. Avoid sweaty conditions. Wash your scrotum daily with neem leaves decoction. Apply honey+turmeric paste over the affected area. You need to start some internal ayurvedic medications if above tips does not work.

You can take tablet Crocin pain relief, 500 mg one tablet after food (If No Drug Allergy) stat let me know if you are having symptoms like Ear discharge/ hearing Problem etc 3. History of water entry in ear? 4. h/o any ear trauma? This problem may be due to Wax in ear/ or may be Eustachian tube blockade or other cause follow advises given below 1.do not pore anything in ear 2.avoid water entry Consult ENT doctor if symptom persist or worsen

Nights are sleepless and the whole day I feel dizzy. I sleep at night for 2-3 hours.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.
