This is not a disease. This is just your body type. You might have tried to change it by exercisie, but if you had no results that must be due to not putting as much effort as you should. Remember to change how you look requires a lot of effort. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

. Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, the ability to finish early and quickly can be advantageous in many areas in life, but not when it comes to sex. Premature ejaculation is a common and often distressing problem for couples who simply want to find ways to make sex last longer. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual dysfunction in men, however very few ever talk about it due to embarrassments. No one is born with the ability to control ejaculation. Men can learn to control ejaculation similar to the way bladder control (toilet training) is learned at young age. Male and female differ widely in terms of of sexual responses, male gets quickly aroused and female takes longer time to get aroused, male reaches climax quickly, its physiological and normal, but not ideal, to prolong sex duration man has to work hard, he has to slow down mentally, by diverting mind from situation, and learn ways how to delay his reflexes. One idea is to stimulate the partner by foreplay to near orgasm sate and penetrate. Count number of strokes if it is less than 45 plus minus 15. Means (30 to 60) then seek medical advice. If satisfied ok otherwise consult.

Get xray of lower back and report for gas do you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medicine contact on private consultation good luck.

Hi. It could be hemorrhoids or fissure. The cause is constipation. Treat it first. High fibre diet. Adequate water intake. No spices or oily food. Do sitz bath and take some laxative.

Hypertension and Pregnancy: Know the Facts!

Hypertension or high blood pressure in itself is a problem where the patient may have the risk of getting a stroke or heart attack! When it combines with pregnancy, the situation may worsen. However, it is not always that hypertension during pregnancy is dangerous, but if care is not taken it may be fatal.

Is hypertension during pregnancy really dangerous?

When a woman has hypertension, either before conception or after it, she has risks of certain complications that may occur during pregnancy.

  1. With high blood pressure, the blood flow to the fetus is not normal; it decreases. Thus, the fetus does not get enough nutrients that it must get.

  2. Getting fewer nutrients may result in low birth weight as the baby will not receive enough nutrients.

  3. When the baby is not getting enough oxygen and nutrients through the body, your doctor may suggest getting pre-term delivery.

  4. Another emergency may occur if the placenta detaches itself from the uterus before maturing. Placental abruption sometimes can be very dangerous.

  5. For delivery of a pregnant woman with hypertension, doctors generally prefer a Cesarean delivery.

  6. Another tough situation is preeclampsia that can be life threatening for both baby and mother. It may lead to cardio vascular problem for the lady in the future life.

There are different types of issues that occur due to high blood pressure that occurs either before pregnancy or during pregnancy.

Types of High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy.

  1. Chronic Hypertension: This type of hypertension occurs in a woman before she conceives. It may also develop during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.

  2. Gestational Hypertension: If the high blood pressure develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy, it is gestational hypertension and after birth, this problem goes away.

  3. Preeclampsia: Both chronic and gestational hypertension may lead to preeclampsia. This is much serious than other situations and the level of protein in urine increases. It is required to take quick action for this type of problem.

  4. Taking medication for hypertension during pregnancy: During pregnancy, it is important to keep a check on every medication that the mother takes because each and everything affects the baby. However, it is necessary to treat high blood pressure and keep it under control. There are certain medicines that are not dangerous during pregnancy, but certain medicines like angiotensin receptor blockers and others may be dangerous.

Thus, it is better to take advice from a Doctor before the mother takes any medication.

Finally, a pregnant woman should always consult her physician if she has chances of getting high blood pressure.

Epilepsy does has treatment. It may take some time. Also the thing to note that since the disease have a very long history in your mother - if complete omission of the disease is virtually not possible the delay in the fits episode may be a huge success. We can definitely improve the quality of life of your mother better to an extent. Start avle ka murabba in your diet.

Hi, I can understand your worries. Take medicines as directed. Along with this you must do some physical exercise. Brisk walking is the best exercise but put the sport shoes on. Also have some proper healthy diet. To enhance memory 3r's are important i. E. Review, repeat and revise. If you are preparing for some exam then visualise topics. Record your answers and play them again and again. You might discover your own techniques also. Mnemonics may also help.

Dear lybrate-user, I want to ask you about your night sleep. If it is fine then you need to undergo thyroid test to evaluate you for hypothyroidism. Start exercise daily for 30 to 40 mins, 3.5 to 4L water intake per day. Take hot shower 30 min before sleep and apply lotion on your limbs. I am sure this will help you. Just drink warm water early morning and night twice a day which will align digestion. Also please stop doing all excesses of eating drinking or any bad habits. Don" t sleep on stomach and avoid constipation. Lack of exercise and straining for stools should be avoided.

Since when have you been experiencing hair loss? is it a diffuse hair like loss or patterned. At your age, telegenic effluvium can occur which is a condition where you suddenly start experiencing sudden hair loss. You could have biotin containing tablets like proanagen 1 capsule daily. Along with a hair serum application like a folliserum at night on the scalp. If things don't tend to improve in 3 weeks, I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist in person for further assessment.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
