The best practical way would be for her to get her health reviewed there. That's because we have to allow the doctor to check her and decide what to prescribe. Later you can send the generic medicine from here if needed.

Can impacted wisdom tooth leads to high bp. His bp was 140/90 and he is 26 years, please advice.
Dear, wisdom teeth have no relation with high blood pressure. To control & maintain Blood pressure normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your bp is high especially the lower ( diastolic), take some dietary precautions: - restrict salt intake in food, avoid deep fried, processed & junk foods, also namkeens, pickles, papads, foods containing saturated & trans fats like whole fat milk & milk products, non veg, baked items - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of processed ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, seeds, have healthy fats as in fish, olive, canola oil, walnuts, avocados - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, yoga to reduce weight so that bp also comes down - consult a dietician for your daily calorie requirement to reduce weight as per your activity level, constitution & dietary habits.

For gaining weight you have to gain muscle. For that you have to eat optimum amount of protein which is eggs, fish, meat, milk and milk products, dal. You also have to eat good proportion of roti and rice with vegetables. Healthy fats also have to be incorporated. You have to eat atleast 6 meals in a day. Weight training exercise is a must. Whey protein can also be taken. But best results for whey is with weight training.
