Check your Serum vitamin B 12 level and vitamin D level   its very important to check it every year or twice a year   there are so many psycho somatic symptoms related to these vitamin deficiency  and we don't get these through our diet properly. And if you need further assistance then post me your reports, ill defiantly give you huge information about all these  mind it lower range of vitamins (just above normal value) is considered as deficiency means if your value of vit B comes at  200 m mo  (value ranges from 150- 1000 m mol )  then this 200 is considered as deficiency of vit B 12   Symptoms of these may ranges from, tingling and numbness of limbs, pain in limbs & muscles, general Lethargy ,cracks and soreness on tongue ,Gastritis ,constipation ,worsening of skin problems, then after few months you may develop severe Anxiety  (palpitation of heart and restlessness, lack of interest in any work) without any cause, sleep disturbances, and Depression ,and lastly you may develop paraesthesis   (numbness of limbs) and then paraplegia (blockage of limb movements,  so little ignorance may leads to cascade of symptoms, so kindly do check these duo vit specially for your Children's and Elderly, they are more and more prone to develop deficiency of  duo,(elderly means, now a days above 35) If they are less then you will need to take these supplements Tab. Cholecalciferol 60000 units once a week for 6 weeks then once a month for 4 months. Tab. Shelcal 500 mg once daily with food B complex vitamins once a day for 2 months Regular milk in diet Avoid all fatty and junk foods all types of ghee, butter and myoniese. Regular exercise at least 45 minutes & 5 times a week. Eat lots and lots of fruits and salads.

My heartbeat is very fast and even my stress level is high kindly tell what to do.
It is normal for heart beat to rise in response to stress. So first please work on reducing your stress levels by yoga, meditation and counselling. Also get a ecg and echo done and show the reports to a cardiologist if these are fine then your fast heart rate is secondary to your stress & anxiety.

Blood pressure is a fluctuating problem. It can change from time to time and with age. Multiple factors have a role in this. Some can be modified, others can just be managed through medications. Factors that can be modified are exercise levels and food we eat. Exercise daily for 40-45 mins, avoid caffeine, smoking and salt rich food like chips, pickles, papad, chutneys etc if even after 6-8 weeks of these precautions BP is still high, you will need to take medications too.

There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed to protect against future flares or prevent gout or uric acid problems from occurring in the first instance: maintain a high fluid intake (2-4 liters a day) avoid alcohol maintain a healthy body weight eat a balanced diet limit fish, meat and poultry intake. If attempting to lose weight, avoid low-carbohydrate diets. If carbohydrate intake is insufficient, the body is unable to burn its own fat properly, releasing substances called ketones into the bloodstream. This results in a condition called ketosis that can increase the level of uric acid in the blood. It is most important to avoid foods that are high in purines, to ensure that the levels of uric acid in the blood do not get too high. Here is a list of high-purine foods to be wary of: beef kidneys brains dried beans and peas liver mackerel mushrooms lose some weight by walking or other exercise, avoid meats and get always be on a prescribed diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian. I am a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a doctor, consult privately for detailed treatment plans using diet and medications.

There are no dangers. Stop scaring yourself first of all. Meet somebody who can advise you on life style modification. Shouldn't be a problem.

Hdl is needed in our body. It acts like a grease between organs so that to avoid friction and produces less heat which helps to maintain normal body temperature. It is especially found in abdominal areas between all digestive organs. So if it gets reduced. The opposite will happen like organs won't be able to show its efficiency and other heart and vascular functions gets disturbed. And the bad cholesterol tends to get deposited in all blood vessels hampering the blood flow. So ldl (bad cholesterol) is to lessened. Hope you understood. I tried my best to make you understand in simple terms. If you have any more queries, then please let me know. Take care.:)
