Usually not but let me know the medicines you are taking Best to include fibre diet like fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and drink lots of water if your cardiac condition allows it and be physically active Still if you need, can have fibrovas powder in warm water at night, two spoon full or if still needed, tablet cremalax two tablet can be taken at night.

The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows natural home remedy using bitter gourds: 1. Remove the skin and seeds of 4-5 bitter gourds 2. Crush them to a make a paste 3. Press this paste on a sieve an extract the juice 4. Drink this juice on an empty stomach every morning this remedy will be helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

1) I hope you have been well investigated for cause of BP because it is unusual to have high BP since the age of 17, if you have not consulted a cardiologist till now, I will advise to consult a cardiologist once for evaluation of cause. 2) The medicine you are taking presently even though are used for BP control, but there are other drugs which will be more effective, so you discuss with your doctor regarding change of medications. 3) As per your weight and height, you are slightly over weight. Please try and reduce your weight. 4) Alongwith medicines you should take the following lifestyle precautions - daily exercise for 40 mins like brisk walking, healthy diet (please take a detailed diet consult), salt control in diet avoid high salt food like chips, papads, namkeens, chutneys, pickles etc, quit smoking and drinking (if you do), decrease amount of caffeine intake you take daily to 2 cups maximum.

# Your cholestrol levels are OK. # Your FBS indicates you are in Pre-Diabetic stage. It means- if you control your diet now + lose weight by 5-7 KGS, you can get your Sugar levels down. But if you can not control, your sugar can increase and you may get full diabetes. Take care now - be healthy and be fit.
