You can have reguler healthy foods. Please have it on time to time. Avoide any subtance use like alcohol, tobacco etc which will make illness worsen. Have reguler exercise yoga meditation. Involved youself in social gatherings and start to write your daily diary and try to findout thought errors like negative thoughts, scenes, imaginations etc and intentionally replaced with positive things. Start it from small things and once you suceeded go for next.
