Its may b due to sun, dust exposure. Try to apply any good sunscreen lotion b4 going out, try to cover head n hands with scarf, gloves. But wash your face with gentle face wash n cold water, after coming back to home. Applying cucumber (kheera) paste r pudina leaves paste vl give good results.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

If you have a fairer skin tone and only ne k is darker, it is because of tanning. We take care of our face and arms to protect from sun but neck (especially the back part) remains neglected. Do the following: -clean your neck with a normal cleansing milk. -cut a lemon in two halves, and rub one half on the affected area. -repeat this atleast for a week, till you see your skin getting lighter. -also apply sun screen on your exposed areas before you go out in the sun and try to cover with a scarf or your handkerchief.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, over-styling, thyroid diseases take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Well delayed mens may be due to the I. Pill I think..as u have done sex in safe period that is after 21 days of menstrual cycle soo chances of getting pregnant is very less..wait another 4-5 days atlst...then after that check urine for pregnancy..

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hello FArin..... Overcoming stress first means, removing what is stressing you out. So I would say that Step number 1 is - remove the stress from your life, fix it, solve it and carry on. If it is just built up stress, go boxing, go running, sleep It out. Your mind will not be able to focus, because essentially your brain is just another you. It needs to be looked after, if you are unable to concentrate that is only suggesting that your brain has done too much over time. I understand that when it comes to exam time, every second should be felt like it should be spent on revising or learning. But give your brain the break before it needs to start, no matter how long it takes. You will know when you are ready to work. There is no point in studying 12 hours not remembering anything, but there is a lesson to be learnt when you spend one day at a spa and spend the next few days taking things in like Einstein. So once you have sorted out the stress, look to sit down, play classical music (if thats how you work) or if you work in silence, sit somewhere quiet. Basically, step 2 would be find your niche. Find somewhere and create an atmosphere of where you work best. for me lighting scented candles and turning on fairy lights in my room with a side garnish of classical music is the one (don't get jealous) step 3? quickly write down what you want to be able to have mastered by the end of your study session This way you will know whether you have achieved and learnt whatever it is that you wanted to learn. You will know whether it has cemented itself in your brain, another way of knowing that you've learnt something is by testing yourself. write down questions and answer them without looking at your notes. step 4 make your studying enjoyable, use colours if you have to. write your notes in slang if you have to. etc. it shouldn't be boring it should be enjoyable to learn something new. Good luck, and remember studying is probably the easiest thing you'll ever do in life.

Slice a piece off of the papaya, and lay or hold it on the dark spots that you want to get rid of. Hold it there for 20-30 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. 2.Make a papaya facial mask. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.

Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego men daily for six months. Avoid junk food and fried food.

What is the main causes of access hair falling and is it possible of regrowth hair naturally?
Access hair falling is generally due to malnutrition, over exposure to pollution or hormonal imbalance. Usually there is fall of 10-15 hairs daily, which is quite natural process. But excess of hairfall is indication of some disease. Regular exercises helps to control hair growth. There are some remedies which can help to control hair fall. One of them is. Curd is the best remedy for hair loss. This may also gives smoothie hair. Curd not only prevents hair loss but also gives shiny hair. You can combine curd with mustard seeds (paste) or black peeper and curd or curd in honey (moisturizer). Apply to the hair and shampoo it after 30 minutes.

It's due to calcium difficiency take calcium tablet 1 in morning end night after miles with a cup of milk for 3 month. Use knee caps during play time or walking for timely. Apply miostol oil on knees in night.

In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Hello, your age and since when all these complaints are present? is needed. This irregular heart beats needs evaluation heartwise like ecg, 2 d echo and hemogram, thyroid function test. It is better if you consult md (medicine) physician for physical examination. Thanks
