Does sleeping for 8 hours should be continuous. I sleep 5 hours at night and 1.5 hours during the day. Is it enough? My age is 19 and height is 5.85. And I want to go upto 6.1. Can i ? I drink 5 litres of water a day and exercise for 15 mins every day.

Sleeping around 7-8 hrs is sufficient for an adult person. It can be like sleeping for 6-7 hrs at night will do. Some tips to increase your height: 1.Do Exercise regularly: Spending much time and doing many exercises is not important, as it will not give you efficient output .Every exercise is different and done for different results. Do only stretching exercises that helps you to increase the space between your vertebrae and due to which your height increases. Swimming is also considered a good exercise for increasing height. 2.Take proper sleep: Taking a proper sleep is also important as it is scientifically proven that our body produces more human growth hormone during sleep. You should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. During sleeping body repairs the damaged cells which is equally important. 3.Have proper diet: Have a proper calcium, protein diet, as protein helps in human growth while calcium helps in making bones stronger. Your diet should be balanced with all the essential minerals. Eat enough fruits and drink lots of water. Take 3-4 meals per day but remember that at one time you should not each much as it will affect your growth. 4.Cycling and play games: Cycling is considered to be good exercise for increasing your height. Also playing game such as volleyball, basketball are extremely useful in increasing height of a person. 5.Running: Do jogging or run regularly as it helps in stretching your every part of your body. Running and sprinting is one of the best exercise for increasing height. You must go for running at least 4 times a week. 6. Do Hanging exercise for height increase and tadasana to increase height 7. Calcium: helps our bones to grow and prevents osteoporosis. Consume green veggies and dairy products. 8. Vitamin D: improve bone and muscle growth. Thus, deficiency can stunt the growth. Consume fishes, mushrooms and spend some time under the sun! Have purified fish supplements if you aren’t a fish eater. 9. Proteins: 1 or 2 meals should include proteins like eggs, meat, beans, tofu, etc. Proteins are building blocks for the body. 10. Zinc: chocolates, eggs, peanuts and peas could be some great source for zinc. Deficiency is zinc retards growth for more queries, ask us.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

I have more of fat in my arms compared to rest of the body. What should I do to reduce my arms fat?
Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day go for more exercise.

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. You can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. HI Lybrate USER 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale food 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea A) take 2 tsf of vanari kalp with 250 ml of lukewarm MILK, in the morning instead of break fast… B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk with pinch of black salt after meals… C) take 2 tablets of mahalaxmi-vilas rasa along with 1 tsf of honey and 30 ml of aamla juice early morning on empty stomach D) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result

Dear user. The available testis will do the job of two testicles and you will be able to become father if every other condition is satisfied. Don't get confused. Sperm colour, quantity and thickness changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. For Healthy Sperm, Eat More Vitamins.(Deficiencies in vitamin A have been linked to sluggish sperm and lowered fertility) Minerals.(Inadequate levels of zinc can cause lowered sperm counts), Fatty acids, Folic acid, Lycopen, and Drink a lot of Water.
