The healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. So if he is exercising, it is good. Now, you should focus on what he is eating. Increase his protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Give him more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do. I'm 21 years old and my weight is 40 kg. Working in a software corporate. I'm returning at 8 pm from office. After that i'll have a red banana and a orange between 9 to 10 and a cup of milk between 9.30 to 10.30. After that only i'll fell down around 11 pm. But until 1 r 2 i'll roll here n there in bed. Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Great diet is the best medicine! thanks for you only demanded frankly! I really salute for your courage, 1) apply coco oil/sesamum on the both knee joints before bed alternate day, 2) apply coco oil/almond oil on your centre part of palm, feet, umbilicus n talu 3) add methi dana couple of pinches to your every dal. 4) flower of hadga, leaves of drum stick n guduchi/amruta to added to your diet 5) early morn have ghee shallow fried dink with dried dates about 5-7gms for 7 days n with gap of 7 days 6) apply castor oil to leaf of castor on upper part or on knee joint by warming it 7) time bet'n dinner n retiring on bed should be 3-4 hrs 8) can have power nap in the noon before lunch sos share your x rays and current status of sugar, lipids, bp.

HI…1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

What medicine should I take to gain weight? My weight is only 58 kg and I am 22 years old.
Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. You can take shatavaryadi churn (powder) of baidyanath company 1/2 teaspoon with milk once a day for fastly gain weight. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Do regular exercise, daily massage your body with oil, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in fridge, fast food, bakery food. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello, weight gain is a common problem now a days and only ayurveda has a safe and holistic solution to that. Try these tips- a) do not sleep at day time b) avoid junk food and non-vegetarian food c) increase you physical exertion and make yourself sweat more this will burn your fat d) if you have any associated digestion problems thn they might be cured first for better results. E) try tab obenyl 2 tabs twice daily and tab arogyawardhini vati 1 tab twice daily for reducing weight.
